Great site, inadequate audio guide - The Coba ruins are definitely worth a short day trip from Tulum, especially if you add on a visit to the nearby cenotes. This Walk with Action audio guide is no substitute for a real tour guide, though. Summaries were brief and sometimes inaccurate and the mapping function was imprecise in closely spaced sites in the ruins. I’d recommend paying for a human guide instead or, if you don’t want to pay for that, save your $10 and make a donation to the site.
