Unique experience - A unique experience. So much to do and so much to learn. Our tour guide Nico for the Tulum Ruins was very informative and our tour guide Christian for the adventure part was amazing, very professional, awesome with my kids and very knowledgeable of the cenote we visit, which for me was the most impressive thing I have ever seen. Recommend for the family.

Unforgettable & wholesome cultural experience - Learned a lot from the tour guides, met other cool travelers along the way, had an absolute blast during the excursions that really were through the jungle! Tour guides were also funny and very friendly and accommodating. Easily the highlight of the trip. 10/0

Completely Worth it - We had an awesome time, and this tour was completely worth it. Understand in Tulum the guide is only with you for about 15 min (I think you have an hour to roam), so it's not a crazy in depth tour, but you do so many things. The ATVs were fun, the zip line is no joke, and the cenote and cave were worth the price alone. CJ was the man as a guide, highly recommend.

Tulum jungle day - Pedro was the best tour guide! So sweet, very knowledgeable, also pretty funny. He made a hot sweaty trip, fun while making jokes almost the entire time. We highly recommend touring with Pedro.

5 - The ruins were beautiful, the ATV amazing but zip lining and cenote did not give me my pictures and I asked and begged several times and the tour guide pushed me hard that i hurt my foot

Fun and exciting tout - The zip line, atv riding and tequila tasting were are really good and all the staff were fantastic. The big disappointment was that we did not get to see Tulum and I am still waiting to get a refund or even how much I will be getting back.

A long day, not great for little ones - Plenty of gotchas on this trip that added up to a not great experience. I had an almost 4yo with me. 1. No plastic water bottles allowed in the ruins. There’s little shade, so on a hot day as it was when we visited, it’s hard not to be quite thirsty - had we known about the plastic bottle rule we would have brought a different container. 2. The itinerary was opaque. We didn’t know when we were doing the next activity until someone told us. My 4yo was patient despite this. 3. The zip lining seems pretty intense for kids. We opted out - it’s quite high. 4. No lunch until 330 or 4pm. There are opportunities to buy junk food - and tons of solicitation for other stuff you probably don’t need or want - but there’s no food at the ATV camp until the activities are over. Bring snacks, and maybe buy a meal at the tourist section of the ruins. 5. The “good” part of the cenote requires a long swim. Most of the group went on without us to that part of the cave. Had we known this and the zip line we wouldn’t have booked. The service was generally pleasant and my son loved the ATVs but overall it was kind of a letdown.

Good tour, but lacks price transparency - The tour guide was great and we did enjoy our time. Our only frustration was 3 of us were charged “processing fees” of up to 30 USD above the price quoted for tip, photos and goods. It felt intentional hoping we would be confused by the conversion rate. It was a disappointing end to feel taken advantage of to an otherwise wonderful day.

This tour was literally a... - This tour was literally a nightmare. It stays that this tour is 6 hours long but be prepared to spend 11 hours without eating! We got picked up at 7:15am and the tour was supposed to start at 9:00 it was 3pm into the tour and we still had not eaten. Which is odd they say “lunch” is provided but in reality it’s lunch and you starve all day. Everything you do has to be done as a group, as a travel agent I will never send any of my other guest on this excursion. They even made us sign a waiver saying we didn’t accept a meal after 9 hours into the tour and us wanting to leave only THEN was it ok to not be with our group and eat. Ridiculous, the tour guide said sarcastically next time we should pack as lunch. It was very hot and the vans were older barely providing any sufficient air! If I could give 0 stars I would. Zip lines are by swamp areas so be prepared to get severely eaten up by mosquitoes I came home with over 20 bites
