Great tour, expect to be hot!! - Great tour, our driver and tour guide were both wonderful. We were picked up on time and the bus ride was very comfortable. The site itself is definitely worth visiting, and the views are breathtaking. We took amazing photos. It was extremely hot & humid. Dress very light, apply sunscreen and mosquito repellent, and bring a reusable water bottle as plastic ones are not allowed. There are plenty of shops if you forget any of the above though, so no worries. The breeze by the ocean was a life saver. 5 stars!

Tulum guided tour - Rene and Freddie were excellent. Highly recommended. We went to see Tulum Mayan culture. They drove safe, explained very well, helped us with umbrellas and there were snacks and water in their van as well.

Connecting with the ancients - Wonderful to see the Mayan buildings with the back drop of the sea. Surprised at the number of lizards that seemed to love being photographed. Our guide Monica and driver Christian were friendly and knowledge.

Tulum ruins with family - Now that I was with my family (wife and 2-year-old daughter) at the Dreams Tulum hotel, we decided to take the half-day tour of the Tulum Ruins and it was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. The distance between the Dreams Tulum hotel and the Tulum Ruins is approximately 15 minutes, that is great since on other occasions I have taken tours where the journey is 1 hour or more. During the journey we had water, fruit and oatmeal cookies available, this is a good detail so that the path is not difficult. The attention from the staff (Lalo and Sexy Galicia) was something that exceeded our expectations, Lalo has extensive knowledge of the history of Tulum and told us very interesting stories about the place during the trip and within the Ruins of Tulum . In the end, before getting on the transport, they gave us a fresh towel with a very delicious aroma, which was an excellent detail that helped mitigate the heat after having toured the place. In this case we contract the service through Unlimited Vacation Club.

Half Day at the Tulum ruins…. - We did the half day tulum tour. Our driver Florisol and guide Rafa were amazing. We were picked up on time and had a smooth ride to Tulum. Rafa spoke English well and explained many things to us on the bus. He was interesting and funny. Easy to listen to. His guided tour was also informative and we all followed along never bored. He recommended a restaurant called frosty’s for a quick bite if we wanted after the tour on our free time. Food was delicious. Our ride back was also smooth with cold towels and snacks waiting. I would highly recommend the tour and happy we did the half day only. We got back midday with Time to enjoy at the pool of our resort. Rafa and florisol were fantastic!

Except Tulum tour - The tour was terrific! Adei was a fantastic tour guide. He’s clearly a professional and thought of everything. Lots of water available and when we were done there was a cold van with a cold wash cloth waiting for each of us!

Cool but very hot - It was a really cool tour, but the only thing it needed that made our experience somewhat difficult, especially our kids, was that it was super super hot especially with the limestone reflecting off the bare earth and they didn’t provide any shade umbrellas and they also didn’t warn us that they were going to force us to throw our water bottles out and we would’ve brought our reusable ones if we knew. So we were extremely dehydrated and didn’t have sun umbrellas like the tour promised, and didn’t come prepared with reusable bottles. One of us literally almost passed out!
