Super Spa Experience - This was the best spa I have experienced. It was cosie yet personal. We went as a family of 5 with our teenage children. We had a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, scrub, coconut peel, face pack and then an amazing full body massage including reflexology and Indian head massage. The staff were brilliant and friendly. They worked on body areas that you requested. All of it was individualised. I loved this experience. We will come back!

This is the best massage we have had! - This was the best massage we have had. The hamman was excellent, not rushed at all. Sauna, steam room, scrub everything was excellent. We were collected from our hotel by private taxi and arrived to a warm welcome. The facilities are very good and the staff were skilled and professional.

Unbeatable Value for Award - Excellent service especially at this Award!!! Award defying competition. Sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, foam scrub, massage, it’s crazy. Of course, it’s not the luxury but the staff is top and doing their job well

Cant beat this experience! - Sweet Samka greeted us with the most wonderful smile until the Turkish spa was ready. Such an amazing experience! Can't wait to return soon.

Must try experience - Turkish hammam was super fun, foamed soap made me feel like a cloud. Manal gave me a good scrub and later a fantastic massage so good and relaxing I fell asleep! All staff were friendly, polite and professional. Located a bit further from town but definitely worth trying, just use the drive to enjoy beautiful views of Hurghada.

Other than expected:( - Massage and hammam was very good but unfortunately not relaxing. In the hammam you are thrown into a room with a lot of people, during which time it is very loud and someone comes all the time as soon as you are covered in foam and takes photos of you which you can then of course buy, who likes this can do it gladly, however I found it very annoying. Unfortunately, the hot tub is not bubbling and the water stank a lot in my opinion, so I was only in for a minute and went out again. On the whole and also considering the price performance, the massage was with the best and had been worth it in that point. The sauna and steam room was also fine. The rest, unfortunately, just feels like mass handling. Had booked further offers in advance but cancelled them. I prefer to invest more money and get some rest. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Needs improving - I booked this last minute and have had many Hammam’s before. So I was hoping for the same, when I’d got there usually they provide some sore of swimwear or netted underwear due to hygiene reasons. However, they provided nothing & expected me to wear my own underwear and bra which was really really inconvenient and unhygienic. I was disappointed in this, they weren’t even able to provide a hair tie/ bobble to put my hair up in. I did not like the idea at all of men and woman having the experience in the same room, did not feel Comfortable, no privacy. The sauna and the steam bath was good. Massage was ok, felt like she was rubbing rather than massaging… purchased photos which I was happy with.
