- Kumbhalgarh Fort - The trip start with a pickup from the railway station / airport or hotel or any desired location in Udaipur. (Pickup timing 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM). The journey begins with a visit to Kumbhalgarh Fort, which is referred to as being the second-largest wall in the world.
The Kumbhalgarh Fort was built in the 15th Century. The majestic fort separated Mewar from Marwar and it was built for this purpose. Located 84 kms north of Udaipur in the wilderness, Kumbhalgarh is the second most important citadel after Chittorgarh in the Mewar region.

Ranakpur Jain Temple - Visit the most famous Jain temple in Jainism, Ranakpur. It was built by the famous king of Mewar Rana Kumbha. Temple has a total of 84 bhonyra (underground chambers) built to protect the Jain idols from the Mughals. The temple is famous for its beautiful carved idol of Parshvanatha made out of a single marble slab. The idol has 1008 snake heads and numerous tails.
After the magnificent experience, we will drive you back to Udaipur and drop you off there.

Enjoyable tour to Kumbhalgarh fort and Ranakpur - The trip to Kumbhalgarh fort and Ranakpur temple went smoothly. The driver Kishan was very helpful and the guide at the fort was very knowledgeable. Would recommend using their services.

Great Jain temple, a must go - Amazing Jain temple, very nice surroundings in the countryside, I recommend it.
You can either stop by on your way from Udaipur to Jodhpur, or spend the night in one of the hotels there.

Great experience - Visited Udaipur and Kumbhalgarh with Paramanand Bhai. He is like our family member. He showed us beautiful places in Udaipur and Kumbhalgarh Fort. Would highly recommend him whenever I go to Rajasthan to visit other places.

Fantastic gateway must see fort - Kumbhalgarh fort is 82 km from udaipur and can be done in 1 day
Excellently maintained fort by maharaja prataps forefathers Rana kumbha
It has a birthplace of maharaja pratap but closed now for public
Guide has a union here and they charge hefty 750 rs for tour so if you need a sharing find some one

A grand day out - The long drive to both sites was alleviated by going through some lovely countryside and we passed several small villages and got see a slice of rural life. Kumbahlgarh and Ranakpur are amazing and well worth the day trip. Whilst our driver was patient and efficient his spoken English was very limited and our trip could have been much more interesting if he could have provided information about the villages we passed. We passed the whole drive in near silence. The other concern was a safety issue as one of the seat belts in the back did not work and given the haphazard style of driving was a bit worrying.
Lunch was superb and to be recommended. In all it was a grand day out and I would advise setting off as early as possible to beat the crowds.
