Pleasant - The driver and the organizer are both pleasant persons. The organizer speaks perfect english. The driver plays the music that you request.

Very Reliable! Safe driver. They provided such nice service I used them to return to Chinggis Khaan from Ulanbaatar. - Highly recommend using this company for your airport transfer from Chinggis Khaan to Ulanbaatar. They were on time and very reliable. I thought the non English speaking driver would be an issue but my driver Bat-Erdine handed me a sheet of paper that the company typed up with all the information I could possibly need. It was such a pleasant experience that I emailed them to set up a return trip to the airport with Bat-Erdine! They even offered a 10% discount. Great service and I will definitely use their services again in Ulanbaatar.

Helped us I our time of need. - We were delayed by over a day and the company arranged for the taxi driver to come back the next day and complete the transfer. Couldn't be happier with them and how friendly they were in helping us it. It saved our holiday!

Helpful and Excellent Driver - The driver who turned up to pick me at UB Airport was Bat-Erdene. He was patient, took me to the money changer, then to get a new SIM card (plus made sure that my phone was working), before carrying all my baggage to the car. He couldn't speak English, so brought along his Grandson to help translating and interpreting. Gave me lots of information about Ulaanbaatar through his Grandson. At the hotel, he waited for me check-in, then carried all my baggage to my hotel room. He also gave me a written list of things to do and see (in UB) in English, and told me to call him if I encounter any problems. If the tour I booked on wasn't taking me to UB Airport at the end of my tour, would have loved to use his services again. I wouldn't hesitate using this driver, and would definitely use his services if I ever return to Mongolia. This taxi company offers a discount if you use their services to travel back to the Airport.

Easy pick up drop off - Smooth sailing. Even if we were extremely delayed the communication with them is top of the line. When in need for a ride they are all that you need. Highly recommend them!

Little Boy pressuring me for a tip. - I was picked up by an old man with his 13yo grandson as his translator. The ride to Ulaanbatar was very pleasant. The kid was very pleasant to talk to during the ride. He had so many interesting questions as he was very curious about other people’s culture. He asked a lot of questions about the U.S. As we got closer to the hotel she asked me how much tip I was going to give him. I was kind of taken off guard by this question, but ignored him. When we got to the hotel as I was getting out of the car he looked at me straight in the eye and asked if I was giving him a tip. I felt obligated to tip him and the smallest bill I had was a $20 bill since I had not exchanged local currency. So I gave him $20. I didn’t hear a “thank you” or anything. He just took it and went about his business as the grandfather helped me with my luggage. Because of this I decided not to use their service again on my return to airport.
