Uniue experience - Start and landing are an adventurous and unique experience. We really recommend buying the video option (you cannot film during the landing). The view of the desert in the morning light was really great. Transfer was smooth, the driver came a little bit too early but it was fine in the end. Hot air ballon UAE- u r d best - The tour was well coordinated right from the time we enquired until the end of the tour. Everything was perfectly timed, pick up /drop off, hot air ballon team , breakfast, dune bashing , camel ride. We will cherish this experience for a lifetime. Hats off to the entire crew..special thanks to Leo ( go to person for entire tour) Simba on the day of the tour. Must recommend for couple , group of friends or a family.

Just book it already! - This was the most incredible experience! The organization is next level! We decided to switch the day due to possible rain on our original date and they made it happen no problems. The lead up to the day was seamless, getting the waivers and any information needed prior to takeoff day. I can’t explain just how accommodating they are! The actually balloon ride exceeded any expectation I could have had (and my expectations were quite high to begin with as I was sooo excited). Our pilot Remy was so knowledgeable and friendly and just overall a pleasure to be around. The falcon was the cherry on top! I could not recommend this tour more. Just do yourself a favour and book it already!!!! Thank you for an amazing and forever memorable experience!!!

Sensational. Must do. - After booking online, they contact you on WhatsApp and you can ask any questions you need to. Couldn't be more helpful. Following this, they arrange a pickup time from your hotel. The minibus is comfortable (although if you're taller, leg room may be an issue!) and it takes exactly one hour to arrive at the launch location, including a fiver minute rest break where you can grab snacks. There's water on the balloon so don't do what we did and buy loads to take! Seeing all the different balloon companies inflate and launch together just before the sun comes up is nothing short of spectacular. The scenery is phenomenal and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The ride itself is smooth and safe, and the pilot was knowledgeable about the desert environment too. He pointed out things that may be if interest to photograph and repeated what we needed to do for landing, which was very simple and straightforward. Overall, this is a five star experience in a city of five star experiences, but it's one you'll never forget.
