THE Experience - We had done all of our planning for our trip to Perú but we somehow forgot to book a Machu Picchu tour. We tried tons of places and they were all booked for the days we were going to be in Cusco. Finally we found Machu Picchu Viajes Perú!! They responded within an hour of receiving our requested days and not several days like other tour agencies. AND THEY HAD ROOM! We met with Fredy the night before and he was prompt and very thorough with telling us about everything that would transpire the next day. We were picked up by Roger who was also on time! We picked the Vistadome Train which I would definitely recommend. So much more fun to see the huge mountains! Our tour guide Sandro Ismael was AWESOME! He was patient with our kids and did such a great job at explaining the history of Machu Picchu to us and them. He was also an excellent photographer 10/10. This company is AWESOME!

Best Guide and Driver!! - Both Sandro and Benji were amazing! We had our service dog with us and they took care of him all day as well the Machu pichu tour was unforgettable The way Sandro explained the history to us was so interesting as if he was telling us a story vs just facts I can’t think of a better experience Thank you so much!!

FABULOUS TRIP!!! - We are very pleased with the outstanding customer service we received from Machu Picchu Viajes Peru. We did a 5 days 4 nights : Cusco City Tour, Machu Picchu The Inca City and the Mountain of 7 Colors. Everything was very well organized for us. They were very punctual. My first story in Cusco - The experience was very pleasant, the service from Benji and Sandro was very pleasant, they gave us a lot of information at the time of the tour, important information, they guided us at all times and we were able to visit the place with time and the necessary breaks, we were also able to have a great Lots of photos, they even gave us recommendations on other places to visit. I completely recommend the tour and both Benji and Sandro were very attentive to any detail and resolved our doubts immediately.

PERFECT DAY at Machu Picchu with Domingo! Would give it a million stars if I could! - Wow!!! We had the absolute best day ever with Domingo! He came to our hotel the day before our experience to meet us and give us our train tickets and explain what the day would look like. He even walked us to the Plaza after where we were going for dinner which was so kind and above and beyond. From the start everything was just so perfect and well organized. Communication from the time of booking all the way through the experience was perfect. The day went off without a hitch. Domingo was so patient with us as relatively novice hikers and never made us feel bad about our slow pace. He had SO much extensive knowledge about Machu Picchus history and it added a whole new dimension to the experience. He shared stories and his own personal background and insights into Incan culture and the history of MP which was SO interesting. Additionally he took amazing photos. He is an expert photographer. We left with amazing photos and lots of knowledge about the area as he is truly an expert on all things Machu Picchu, from the best sites to the history. We left with a strong appreciation of the spiritual significance of the area and historical importance (as well as amazing photos taken by Domingo, the best guide and photographer). The biggest thanks to Domingo for a once in a lifetime experience, our tour guide and new friend!

Great day! - Belisario gave us a great tour of Machu Picchu. His knowledge of Inka history added a lot of depth to our trip. He led us on a challenging trek up Huayna Pichu that ended with awesome views. And he made sure we got great pictures. We had a great day.

Super recommended the short Inca trail to get to Machu Picchu - Excellent accompaniment from Domingo (our guide) on this day of trekking, towards Machu Picchu, they organized everything in one day and with valuable information for the tour.
