Once we arrive, we’ll kayak around the shallow waters and give you the option to snorkel and witness the incredible marine life just beneath the surface. And don’t forget, this spot is a treasure trove for beautiful shells too! This tour is perfect for adventurous paddlers like you and lasts 2.5 hours. It’s going to be an unforgettable experience!

Go to the Coquina Beach South boat ramp on Sarasota Bay at Coquina Beach. This is just south of Leffis Key Preserve and just north of the bridge that connects the southern point of Anna Maria Island to Longboat Key. We will be launching and landing our kayaks here. Please call with any questions.

Great Kayak outing with Manatee and DO - We had a great kayak tour with Tommy. We saw one manatee swim right by us. The highlight was a huge pod of maybe 12-15 dolphins that swam all around and through our group of kayaks. They were around us for several minutes, swimming under us, jumping ou of the water, etc - very fun!

IT WAS A BLAST!! - If I could give this tour a 10 I would! We had a BLAST! First , Tommy, was thorough in explanations of equipment, he was determined to help us see as much wildlife as possible and he did not disappoint! We saw manatee that swam right past our kayak and a large pod of dolphins so close . The snorkeling was fun, the water was crystal clear. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our tour with Tommy!

Amazing! - Went solo and it was awesome!! Saw manatees very up close! The snorkeling was great, so many sand dollars and shells. Guide was very professional and pleasant, felt extremely comfortable being by myself. Would recommend to anyone.

What a great day! - My daughter and I took this tour at 9a on Tuesday. We have done other kayak tours but this one was by far the best. Our guide Tommy was so personable and prob one of the most knowledgeable guides we have had. You can see how much he enjoys doing this. The thing we loved most about this tour was that we did two stops with the kayak. First at Beer can Island and then at the Sandbar. It was so great to go exploring like this. The sandbar was so fun exploring too. We could have done it all day. Even when I thought we lost my go pro he was right there helping. Can’t wait for our next trip back to Anna Maria Island and go kayaking with this tour again

Outstanding tour! Tommy was an excellent guide!!! - Tommy was outstanding: hospitable, knowledgeable about the area, and extremely accommodating with children across all age ranges. His tour was well planned, thoughtful, and he engaged the group with excellent background information on each of the spots we visited. I’d recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in a semi-active tour that is appropriately paced for all ages and abilities. Outstanding.

Fun in the sun and bay - My family enjoyed this kayak tour with Tommy; very knowledgeable about the area/marine life. Highly recommend this outing; Beer Can Island was very cool part of our trip.

nice and slow trip - nice and slow trip with good explanation. we saw dolphins (far away) and manatees (under kayak). location was changed because of windy conditions. communication about the change was good, even with our foreign phone number.

Excellent Must Do Tour! - We really enjoyed our tour with Tommy! Communication was great as due to weather we needed to change locations. He is very passionate about giving a wonderful experience to his guests. We kinda hit the jackpot with seeing dolphins, manatees, sting ray, horseshoe crab, spider crab along with many birds and fish. The tour was supposed to be 2 hours but he took his time so we could take it all in and went longer! We would highly recommend this trip and hope to do again on a return trip.
