Located along Highway 50 approximately five miles from Heavenly Village, guests should turn into the parking lot for Zephyr Cove Resort. Guests should park and proceed to check in at the boat dock, which is directly northwest of the Zephyr Cove Resort main lodge and restaurant.

Peaceful and relaxing. - Great meal (salmon) and the service was friendly and kind! It was a relaxing and peaceful on the upper deck while cruising back from Emerald Bay.

Great people, easy to work with. - Unfortunately my wife and I were not able to go (due to unrelated circumstances) but the operator was good to us and worked with us in our situation. The world needs more high character people like them.

Amazing Sunset Dinner - The meal was great, starting with a delicious salad. The entree was cooked to perfection and the dessert was amazing. After dinner the upper deck was perfect for watching the beautiful sunset.

Super experience - We enjoyed the cruise immensely. The service at dinner was wonderful. The food very good. The best part, for me, was the scenery. I love the lake.

Fantastic time, I would definitely do it again. - The whole trip was amazing, starting with the bus ride there the bus driver gave us history about Tahoe on the way there, dinner was delicious staff was friendly. The cruise was beautiful, and then we danced the night away.

Where are our digital pictures??? - We paid for the picture package, including the digital pics, which we never got. When I called, was told I needed to try reaching the activities Tel #. Still waiting for a return call

Poor overall - Arranged the cruise with the operator. Were told bus would pick us up from hotel at 5.05pm. No one turned up except another bus at 17.15 who said our bus wasn't far behind. However, at 1740 no one had turned up. We phoned the office and that was closed. Had to drive to the ship. I told the man welcoming us onto the ship and he said ' everyone else made it and these things happen' not what I expected. Due to not being picked up had to walk with my husband and 6 year old back to the car at 9pm in bear country. Not very safe.
Food medicore. Band was excellent. Overall wouldn't rate due to above issues.
