Snorkeling Fun in Raiatea! - This is a great way to get away from the bustle of the harbor area. Super friendly staff! Tasty fruit and water to take to the island. It rained, but so what? Plenty to see snorkeling, even a meandering stingray! The boat timing was a bit off, as two craft were arriving simultaneously rather than being evenly spaced. Maybe it was an extra 10 minutes, no big deal. Loads of fun!

Wonderful service - Fantastic service. Highly recommend. They were waiting for us on the dock and it was a quick process from there to the ferry.

Just do it - Amazing from start to finish. Whole team couldn’t do enough for us. From booking arrival the day on the Moro and back to the ship. Fantastic.

Go Fast, See Lots - Great boat ride, great lunch, good snorkeling! (Strong tide flowing, but still plenty of fish). Inter-esting vanilla plantation tour.

Water shuttle - The motu was nice. However the process to get your boading pass for the shuttle could have been done more efficiently. They had us walk a very long distance to Desk 4 when there was a much shorter route. Also they could see that my daughter and I are both challenged walks so we feel they could have brought the little dish of fruit and out water and boarding pass to us at the water shuttle area. The portion of fruit and water provider were very small.

Good but beware - Beautiful spot. Lots of fish and the occasional ray for snorkeling. If you need to go to the bathroom go before leaving. Facilities on the island are non-functional. Also don't wait until the last shuttle to head back. Any time after 2 expect to be standing in line for a while.

Nice but lacking - Beautiful beach and great activity for snorkeling!!! Saw eagle ray and colorful coral! Be prepared that there are no clean restrooms, and no fresh water showers as advertised. Island is run down and lacking maintenance. Overall fun to be in the ocean and plenty of shady spots to lounge. No beach chairs or swim toys of any kind. No snorkel gear rental available. Must bring everything you might need.

Terrible Don't go there. - Very disappointing tour operator also Viator for not looking after customers service, 1. No toilets or showers on the Island but removed from advertise by Viator after I complaint . 2 No Shops (No food or water) 3. Supplied Snorkelling gear. didn't recieved. 4 No Refund given by tour operator and Viator. 5. 40 minutes wait on return shop in sun no shade and help onto boat on return. 6. Advertising lunch supplied but warm fruit salad and bottle. 7.No Tour operater no assistance at dock assist off wharf not ramp high step for my wife and I. 8. Biting Insects on island and holes on pathways trip over. 9.Not professional tour for money paid.

Aweful. Ripoff. Overcharged. No refund. - aweful left late, made us wait at dock 30 minutes, there was no fruit or water on either as promised. boat ride was aweful on stormy seas to an island with rain coming down in buckets. they did not return on the hour as promised even though it is a short boat ride. we were dumped off on island. when they came back after two hours we ran through rain to boat only to be turned away because they said it was full with twelve passengers. they said they would be back in 10 minutes but it was 35 minutes. we asked for refund but they turned us down. other passengers said it was only $25 at dock, not $42. We want a refund from tripadvisor.
