Hondurans in the Uyuni Salt Flats - One of the most pleasant experiences in our lives. Sariel, our tour guide and José, our designated driver from Hidalgo Tours gave my wife Isabella López and I, Manuel López, a unique and unrepeatable honeymoon in the Uyuni salt flats. We are from Honduras, and together with a couple of Japanese friends, who were on the tour, we enjoyed the landscapes and an unforgettable lunch. In the end, Sariel and Jose surprised us with a sunset and wine in the large salt flat with a mirror effect and we took some beautiful photographs.

Irresponsible and disorganized agency - The disorganization of the agency's advisors was regrettable, they are not responsible for absolutely anything, we had problems with parking and the hotel. What stands out is the tour, highlighting Mr. Victor's work as a guide.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HIDALGO TOURS - What a bad tour agency, they charge EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for a tour that in Uyuni you can get much cheaper with food and accommodation, they are super abusive to believe that because you are a tourist they can take advantage of charging in dollars in a country where your currency is BOLIVIANOS, I toured LATAM and this was the only place that robbed me like this, not even in Cusco did this happen to me, in addition to offering hotels that are called 5 stars and in reality they are like 2 stars, they are terrible, they are regular facilities, they pay influencers for Making them look nice is different but it is not what they paint it, the quality of the place at the Salt Palace was terrible, the quality of the tour was worse than terrible and all the bus transportation arrives in the morning at 6am and makes you wait a whole day for check in at the end you don't even really enjoy the hotel as much as possible if you take a tour don't use this agency it's the worst!!!!

Terrible agency with terrible service - Guide and drivers are very nice, but the company itself was terrible. They sell packages to visit lagoons so you can only stay in the car for 8 hours. There was only 1 hour of lunch and 30 minutes of visiting lagoons as content. Note that it is not possible to look at flamingos up close. On top of that, terrible service, they don't accept complaints and don't even respond properly. Don't take a tour with them and enjoy Uyuni with more peace of mind and better service
