Highly recommend taking a tour - We took a tour of the plantation with Diana. Diana was extremely friendly, processional and knowledgable. She is a wonderful story teller and shared the history of the site in an incredibly insightful and thoughtful way. She answered all of our questions and had so much knowledge of the site. The tour was an important and memorable experience and I would recommend to anyone in the area.

A Great Tour - Very informative Jacqueline, our guide was very very knowledgeable about the plantation and history. The gift has book of Laura's own words about the grounds itself. Good information about the plantation, but bad about the enslaved.

Ms. Carr great time 👍 - Laura Plantation was an awesome place to visit. It was very informative with great guides to show us the property and give us the story of the Plantation. I would love to visit again with a class so that our youth can see how it was for people on a Plantation. The property upkeep was awesome and to see that slave corridors was still in great condition. I really enjoyed my visit there ☺️

Creole Plantation - a MUST see! - A beautifully restored and maintained Creole Plantation home and grounds. Very informative guide - good depth to her knowledge. Also, very interesting to see and learn some of the differences between this and what many think of as a Plantation house.
