A unique and fun way to experience the waterfalls! - My 2 teenage boys desperately wanted to do this and dragged me and their Dad along too- it was my 50th birthday! It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Freddy and Jeez were the perfect combination of fun and safety! Good quality wetsuits and full safety kit. We started with a run through of the abseiling technique on flat ground, then launched straight off the first abseil. They were all challenging cliffs but Freddy put us at ease and we always felt safe. There were 2 cliff jumps- I needed encouraging off the first one and was buzzing after I did it- no pressure to jump if you don't want to. The second jump I opted out of and Freddy abseiled me down it while the others jumped. The guys take photos and video of the whole morning and provide a WeTransfer file for free. There's a very steep climb up at the finish but we were all high on adrenaline so got back no problem. Really tasty Mauritian snacks/lunch provided at the end. Highly recommend.

Best experience in Mauritius!! - This was our first ever time abseiling and by far the most amazing experience ever!! Both Freddie and Jeez were incredible, so much fun, very safe and explained everything to us so well, they even made us a delicious lunch!! We had a brilliant time abseiling, jumping of cliffs and hiking Would definitely recommend! Thank you very much Freddie and Jeez, we will definitely be back for the advanced routes 🙌🏻

Amazing experience! - What can I say! The best experience ever! We were a group of three including our 12 year old son with no real previous experience. Our two guides were exceptional, so professional and made us feel safe throughout. Songs on the way to ease us in and clear instructions to for us to follow. Tips before going - ensure you have a drink to take in small vessels as they will be carried in small sealable containers and footwear which is good on slippy surfaces. This experience requires some cardio exercise and a little swimming so be prepared for a workout to appreciate the beautiful surroundings and adrenaline highs you will be rewarded with. No need to stop to take photos as the guides also take care of this for you, sending you a link to them following your trip. Along the way there are three/four abseiling drops, swims between drops and a choice to do a cliff jump into the water below. Our son did the jump and loved it, he said this trip was the best ever. After the final drop there is a chance to appreciate the views, have a little snack and drink to reenergise and get ready for the ascent back which will give your legs a workout. Overall this was a fully memorable fantastic and enjoyable experience.

Fabulous excursion that pushed our boundaries - We had a great day out with Freddy and Gaelle abseiling the Tamarind falls. We were very grateful as they accommodated us on short notice after the other company we were looking to go with let us down. Fate must have played a hand as we couldn’t have dreamed of better guides. They really brought an element of fun which helped to alleviate our fears. This is an activity that pushes the boundaries mentally but the Motrek team turned it into a fun adventure. We had 2 teen boys who said it was the best part of their holiday. Motrek definitely get the thumbs up from us 👍🏽

Exciting abseiling adventure - We had an amazing day abseiling and canyoning with Freddy and J. The guys are very good at what they do. The waterfalls are beautiful and not even the rain stopped us from having a very exciting and memorable day.

Amazing 3-in-1 experience - Absolutely amazing experience. Freddy and Geez are the most welcoming and friendly guides we’ve met. They gave us lots of knowledge on the valley and the local ecosystem. The experience is not only abseiling but also hiking and swimming. Swimming under one of the biggest waterfall was amazing. I think this is better than the hiking only trips. Highly recommended.

Pure Adventure - After a short walk and instructions, we started the first abseiling. It was a great experience with a final jump from 5 meters. We had a lot of fun with the two guides.
