Valencia in April - Stressfull at start as there's nowhere to collect tickets. The tour guide scans the barcode as you get on the bus. Interesting & Informative tour. Bring a jacket - cold on top of bus.

Best to see the most in a short time - Best way to see the most important places in Valencia in a short time - could be even better if the drivers speak English. A day at Oceanographic is a must.

Not recommendable - Unfortunately, this tour is not really worth it. The city center was closed and the tour mainly went to regions outside the city that are not so worth seeing. In addition, there were always extremely long breaks at unattractive stops. Very time-consuming and boring. A shame... Conclusion: Not recommended, even though Valencia is beautiful.

Very bad - Very poor service: some buses are old and the audio guides don't work, the buses don't respect the indicated timetables and at many stops we had to wait up to 40 minutes. Very slow tour.. the translations of the audio guides were poorly done. Experience not to be repeated, better a taxi!

Absolute Con - It is obvious this is a con orchestrated by the city council itself . I see no other way this could be allowed to continue. We all go there for a few days only , get conned then come home annoyed but we forget about it and then do it goes on and on. How else can this be explained. Legal action is required

Poor organization - Buses were very unpunctual. Sometimes they didn't stop. We had to wait 3 hours before a bus picked us up. Most of the headphones didn't work. Buses were very old. No competent contact person available other than the bus driver.

Badly organised tourist bus - This tourist bus was really badly organised. A couple of buses didn’t show up and when a bus eventually arrived it was very busy. At a couple of stops the driver didn’t let people on the bus due to it being full. Not the drivers fault, but those waiting were not happy and proceeded to walk in front of the bus, bang on the windows, shout at the driver and take photos of the driver and numberplate of the bus, as they had been waiting a long time. We paid for a 48 hour plus oceanografic entry ticket, but after our disastrous trip we decided not to use again, so wasted money buying this. Had to get the oceanografic ticket from the bus driver and fill in a form online, not the easiest! Wouldn’t recommend and would get public buses instead. Wish we had read Tripadvisor reviews before booking!

Terrible - Bought tickets at kiosk. Queued for 1.5 hours to board but the buses were infrequent and those that did pass were full. No staff organising the queue - no staff present at all! So people were pushing in etc. We gave up and left. Came back late in the afternoon and were able to board but towards the end of the tour the driver must have been on a promise because he drove too fast and kept breaking sharply. We did a similar tour in Barcelona last year and there is no comparison - it was great. This one? Save your money and hire a bike instead.

Worst experience ever - Worst experience ever - old buses - the audioguides did not work most of the time - and when they worked the stops were not pointed out by number or name as we are used to in other cities like Barcelona We had to wait over an hour at one stop for a bus to arrive. Finally we took a taxi - a much better way to go around Valencia - fast and cheap.
