Amazing experience, highly recommend! - Had an amazing experience, highly recommend it to anyone interested in cooking and eating great food! It was our first time doing a cooking class and we were deciding between this or a larger group class and I'm very glad we chose this. Jose went above and beyond to make a truly educational and fun experience, the food and drink was delicious and we learned more about Valencian culture in an afternoon with him than we did in our other 3 days in the city.

Highlight of our trip to Spain - Everything about this experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Jose is an excellent chef and teacher and just a lovely person. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We learned not only to make paella, appetizers, a dessert and a great sangria, but we also learned general cooking tips. We felt as if we were the guests of a very gracious host at a terrific dinner party. He also provided us with recipes. Definitely the highlight of our trip.

The food was amazing and we learned so much that I can’t wait to take home and incorporate into my own daily cooking. The dishes were both traditional and had Jose’s creative touches. The entire experience was delightful, delicious and inspiring!

The best class and the best food! - Such a great class! Jose met us and took us to his house and couldn't be more welcoming. He was so knowledgeable, all the food was amazing, and the whole day was super relaxed. We booked this at the start of our trip and got some good recommendations for the rest of our stay. His sangria was also the best we've had 😁 Would 100% recommend Jose and his class!
