Venture beyond the city limits of Valencia with a day trip to Montanejos town. Immerse yourself in natural hot springs and seek out waterfall locations, the thermal waters maintain their warmth throughout the year.
A 30-minute hike will be done, focusing on the identification and understanding of key Mediterranean flora.
Our journey from Valencia takes us to Montanejos with our primary stop being a natural thermal spring; a perfect place to unwind and soothe your muscles with a warm bath.
Savor a tantalizing lunch (not included) before setting off to visit the ‘Girlfriend’ waterfalls situated in the village of Navajas. Take a moment to soak in the picturesque beauty of the cascading waterfalls, even taking a dip before making our return journey back to Valencia.

Thermal springs - Great trip, lovely scenery definitely recommend it. Miguel was a great guide funny and easy to get along with could do enough for you.

Amazing! - This was an amazing experience! If you want to see the natural beauty of Spain and Valencia then you should definitely book this! Miguel the tour guide is so nice, he will make everything more fun!

Recommend - Views were beautiful, your guide was very funny and super friendly, really enjoyable. The tour also included a walk to a dam which was interesting and informative

Great day out of the city with excellent tour guide! - We had the best day! Our tour guide was Miguel and he was fun and thoughtful and joined in the activities with us. He was full of knowledge about what we saw and what he recommended for the thermal pool area when we got there. He took photos for all of us and made videos for us. It was beautiful scenery, a great day for swimming and enjoying nature and not too much time in a car. There is a little bit of hiking and a few hills but they are easy. Would highly recommend this trip. Miguel was the BEST!

Great day! - Super fun group and a very nice guide Miguel. Spontaneous and saw many extras. Had a great day.
The guide told us a lot along the way and we could occasionally get a nice fresh bottle of water. Nice clean bus. Both hot water are on. Is it possible to change clothes, so you can take off your wet clothes again.

Great day out - Enjoyed this tour! The group size is limited to 8 and that’s great. Miguel is a very knowledgeable guide, and a considerate driver. In addition to the few main stops, we also stopped at numerous other places for photos and interesting information. Note that the thermal springs are around 25° all year - don’t expect the water to be hot!

Beautiful landscapes. - The tour was very good, good landscapes, the guide was super attentive, friendly and knew what he was talking about, he also gave us a lot of tips. We loved the experience and recommend it.

Not so thermal springs - If you want great transportation outside of the city of Valencia then this is a suitable tour. The van/bus comfortably transported our small group to the waterfall, spring and dam.
We may be spoiled coming from Australia, so the waterfall was a bit disappointing as it was quite small and the there is no hike. It’s more of a stroll down a path. As nature enthusiasts, we were disappointed by this.
The thermal springs were beautiful but cold at 24 degrees Celsius. It took quite a while to warm up afterwards!
Thankfully, the dam was very cool to see up close and quite impressive. The water colour is beautiful.
Overall, there was not much information provided about the areas compared to other tours we have been on. We would’ve liked to gain more knowledge about the history of the areas we drove through and places we visited.

Just ok, unfortunately - I feel awful giving this a poor rating (the tour guide was really great!) but I am going to share some information that would have been helpful to know before booking:
- this could easily be a 5-6 hour thing (vs 8) but they stretch it out with several random stops (likely to justify the hefty price tag)
- it's about twice the cost it should be
- the water is freezing to swim in (consider going in July or August only)
- if you are prone to car sickness be warned, there is some driving in the mountains
