We had a wonderful tour... - We had a wonderful tour with Maria. She was so easy to spend a few hours with. She introduced us to local food, and drinks as well as the history of the area and important local architecture. We would definitely recommend doing this tour.

Great tour with Alex - Delicious tastes with a good sense of Valencia. I highly recommend the tour as we had a lovely experience and enjoyed all the stops. We specially enjoyed learning about vermut and the history of the city.

Fantastic Tour - We had a fantastic day with Alex on our Valencia Food Tour. We were extremely lucky to be the only two people on the tour, so really had a personal experience. Not only was the food and drink delicious, Alex was very knowledgeable about the history of Valencia. Truly worth it!!!!

A very good way to discover Valencia and its cuisine - Alex was a very good and informative host, we learned a lot about Valencia and especially about its cuisine. Foods and drinks were great (well, maybe the quantity could have been a bit better :-)) We did enjoy ourselves. Thanks, Alex!

Taste of Valencia - A history lesson and tour of the old landmarks were unexpected highlights of this experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide Alex was very patient with the slow walking pace of our group and gave us plenty of time for taking photos along the way. The culinary offerings were outstanding! Overall this was well worth it! Highly recommend.

Relaxing tour with informative guide - Alex was an excellent guide who takes you on a very relaxed walk through some cool eateries. Very enjoyable and our group were really nice too.

Luxury tapas means lots of alcohol with some tapas - A few weeks before our trip the guide asked us to change the date to 2 days earlier. We were able to make changes to accommodate that - then a few days before he asked to change the start time to earlier. 11 am seemed early to start eating tapas but we agreed. When we met the group the guide seemed distracted, moved quickly, and was hard to follow through some of the crowded areas. I had to ask him to face the group when he spoke so we could hear him. This should be called an alcohol tour with tapas because he had us starting with a vermouth tasting at 11 am. There was a lot of wine with small portions of tapas. The last stop was a pitcher of Aqua de Valencia which was great, but no food to balance the quantity of alcohol. Overall the guide provided interesting historical. Information and some interesting restaurants for tapas, including the Central Market. The cost seemed high, though, for what we received.

Could do better - Started with alcohol at 1130 (this is not ideal). Food ok, tour underwhelming - little information given or interest shown, a shame when audience all similar age/interests. Disappointed as I’ve previously done similar tours in Lisbon and Malta which were fab. Could have been so much better as great food and history.
