- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Please allow 30-minutes for pickup due to traffic
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time

Great Experience - Really enjoyed the small group tour. It was the guide, his trainee, and 3 of us customers, very comfortably seated in a Ford Excursion. Saw lots of great sights and learned a lot about Vancouver. Highly recommend, but be aware that Viator lists pick up sites that they don't actually pick up at.

Fun and informative tour of Vancouver and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park - Capilano Suspension Bridge Park was great and the Vancouver city tour was informative. The tour guide and van driver were personable, polite and informative. We would gladly tour with them in the future.

A "must do" in Vancouver! -
My guide was extremely kind, polite and dedicated. His knowledge of the region made all the difference. What I liked most was the fact that it was a peaceful, unhurried tour with space to really enjoy and enjoy the beautiful locations. It was really worth it and I highly recommend it!

Great overview tour of Vancouver - This tour was a wonderful overview of everything Vancouver has to offer, Our guide, Kyle, was very knowledgable and friendly. He gave us the history of all the neighborhoods and the highlight was the Capilano Bridge Park. That and Stanley Park are absolute gems.

CAPILANO and Discovering VANCOUVER. - This tour was great! We happily arrived at the CAPILANO Bridge as the first guests, and so it was wonderful to enjoy the Cliffwalk and the CAPILANO Bridge before it got too busy! Our guide, Kyle, was very nice, knowledgeable, and shared a lot about Vancouver and the sites that we were visiting, and he made it fun and interesting even during our rainy morning! Grouse Mountain was closed due to high winds and so we were treated to a Downtown Vancouver tour seeing the main sights and stopping to take some pictures and to enjoy the major attractions! VANCITY TOURS was a great tour company to work with and we will definitely book more tours with them! Thanks Kyle!

Seen the sights - Stan the tour guide was brilliant very knowledgeable however disappointed we couldn't do the treetop experience as it was not available if I knew this I would have cancelled as looking forward to it

Allowed me to book on a day that tours were not running - I am not sure who is at fault here, Viator or the tour company, but I had booked Sam day for this tour and waited at the meeting point for over an hour. I had called Viator multiple times and let them know and they said they could not get in touch with the company. I called the company myself and they answered right away and explained that they were not running that service that day but could see my reservation. I was only in town for one day so I couldn't reschedule. Since it was already midday, I couldn't reschedule with another company and lost the opportunity to experience the suspension bridge.
