Perfect, easy, reliable - The transfer was so simple and seamless, couldn’t have asked for more. Our bus driver was friendly, informative and after lots of backpacking around, it was nice to relax and trust we were on time, and heading to the right place. We have another transfer back to Vancouver within the next few days, and I’m sure it will be equally professional and timely. Thank you for helping us enjoy our brief time in Victoria!

Easy transfer - Sunny but blustery, the ferry ride was great. Driver Greg had an entertaining patter. We departed and arrived on time.

It was very frustrating... - It was very frustrating because the trip back took a fraction of the time that your trip going to Victoria took and was much less expensive, including an Uber ride from the port to our hotel. We definitely would’ve gone a different route had we known ahead of time.

Viator Booking Failure - Viator is a third-party booking system. BC Ferries never received our Viator booking. The bus was sold out, and the next bus was an additional 4-hour wait, and extra purchase. We had to take an expensive taxi to get to the ferry. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND!
