- Vega Baja - Get ready to be amazed, get wet and enjoy some adrenaline almost as soon as this adventure starts. After a few minutes of walking downhill, we will encounter the river where it forms beautiful greenish blue pools and start swimming through a breathtaking small canyon carved by the passing of the river for thousands of years. The rock formations are amazing, unique looking and there will lazily float through the canyon admiring this nature’s gift and later do some river trekking. The more adventurous will have a chance of some optional cliff jumping in areas ranging to 8 to 20 feet and rock boulder to access the upper part of the canyon. Afterwards we will hike through an off the beaten path trail to access some incredible caves where we will swim through them surrounded by stunning flowstone rock formations, bats and a beautiful waterfall. Good physical condition and basic swimming skills are required to complete these activities.
- Manati - Lunch stop at a local restaurant which offers a great selection of local and authentic puertorrican cuisine at reasonable prices. (cost not included).
- Manati - Will visit a Nature Reserve to hike a short trail leading to a small hidden natural spring, while learning about the local plants and trees of the area. The spring Is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a forest where the water is just pristine and completely clear, for sure refreshing and a great way to end your day before heading back.

A fun and adventurous day hiking, river trekking and floating through caves and beautiful greenish blue pools (optional cliff jumping too). Swim through breathtaking limestone canyons, stunning caves and unique rock formations carved by the passing of the river, surrounded by beautiful, lush tropical forest scenery and a waterfall. An early start (to avoid the crowds) and smaller groups guided by an experienced and Certified Tour Guide provides a safer, more intimate and immersing experience with insightful information of the island.
Later enjoy some authentic delicious puertorrican food at a local restaurant. End your day hiking a short trail to a small hidden natural spring with pristine water, while learning about the local plants and trees. An unforgettable experience for adventurers seeking less touristic favorite local spots.
Tour requires GOOD PHYSICAL FITNESS, balance, flexibility, river trekking skills and BASIC SWIMMING SKILLS. Closed sturdy water/hiking shoes required.

The experience of a lifetime! Magical! - This was absolutely AMAZING! The most incredible experience of our family’s lifetime. It was so memorable that it’s hard to find the words to describe. We connected with each other and nature in a way that cannot be explained. We pushed ourselves to outside our comfort zones while supporting each other without even trying. It was so natural and magical! Everything we saw was like we inside of a National Geographic film, so incredibly special and beautiful. Yamile (our tour guide) has God’s gift to encourage and instill confidence in you while guiding you throughout Caves. Her personality is out of this world - beautiful, confident and contagious. We’re so grateful and blessed to have experienced this day, and will do it over 1M x over.

One Of A Kind!! - This was the highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! Yamile definitely knows so much about the caves, flora and fauna in the region, and the culture. She took a lot of time to make sure we all got to see the beautiful nature and experience the caves! A once in a lifetime adventure, even for a family that is very well-traveled and has been all over the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia! If you only have time for one tour, this should be the one!!

Highlight of our trip! - Yamile was a superb guide. This day was awesome! Good mix of hiking/swimming kept us cool on a hot July day. Really neat cave exploration and waterfalls with options to mini-cliff jump. Guide was super communicative, transportation was smooth and easy, and the experience was informative and fun.

Hard work but worth it! - It’s an amazing tour. Yamile was very attentive to everyone’s strengths and weaknesses and was very patient wonderful 10/10. This tour is SO BEAUTIFUL but be prepared for some hard work (climbing, swimming, hiking)

Definitely worth your time! - Yamille is one of the best and nicest guides we’ve ever had and we take a lot of excursions in different countries! She’s very concerned, punctual, clear about the instructions, knowledgeable, and we felt safe the entire time! OK for a novice, but I would definitely recommend water shoes and some experience with hiking! The lunch spot was authentic Puerto Rican food and was very good. Five stars all the way!

Amazing Arenales! Great Guide! - If you are visiting PR, you must take this tour. I travelled alone and never done this type of tour. Obviously, I was a bit nervous in the beginning. Yamile is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She made me feel comfortable. She knows the place like the back of her palm. And gives clear instructions in English. Her expertise helped me to traverse the entire route easily.I really enjoyed this trip. In fact, this is the BEST trip in PR.

This should be on every bucket list!! A Must-Do experience! - Everything about this tour is exceptional! Our group of 7 swam through caves and under waterfalls, hiked up hills and over boulders, enjoying every second of it. The scenery was like Paradise, and Yamile was one of the best tour guides we've ever had the privilege to meet! She helped us every step of the way, with her amazing personality, her vast knowledge, and her obvious love of the land. This is a strenuous tour, followed by lunch and then a leisurely walk to a stream, to unwind. During the walk, Yamile taught us so much about the flowers, fruits, and wildlife around us. We all left completely enchanted by the entire experience. Thank you Yamile - my new 'family member' in Puerto Rico!

Once in a lifetime experience - If you are visiting PR, you need to book this experience. Not only was the adventure thrilling, stunning, and breathtaking, but Yamile is the best tour guide you could ask for. Her attitude, knowledge, charisma, and professionalism were outstanding. We will remember her and the incredible places she showed us forever. From swimming through dark caves to jumping into beautiful pools in the rainforest, we saw it all. The tour ends with lunch at a delicious local restaurant with traditional PR cuisine, followed by a lovely nature walk where Yamile shared interesting facts about Puerto Rico. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Book this day tour - This day tour was the highlight of our trip. Yamile made this excursion easy, safe and enjoyable.
