Great trip! - Our tour guide Alice was fantastic!! She was very knowledgeable and had terrific suggestions for other things to do in Murano, Burano and Venice!

Best experience - Best experience, gondola is the special way to understand Venice. We thought half hours not enough, but it turned out just right.

Great gondola ride. - Great experience, cheaper than if we got a private gondola ride which will cost at least 100 euros. Clear instructions to meet up point but would be better if they explicitly said that we need to exchange voucher at the ticket counter.

Great ride, disappointing gondolier. - Found the gondola ride itself great, with nice views, interesting perspectives & would recommend it if you get a good gondolier. I gave it an average rating overall due to our gondolier who shortened our ride by 10 min, was not customer friendly or accommodating. It was like he was more concerned with moving tourist through the experience.

"Unforgettable" - A tour completely different from all the others, as you walk along the canals that cross the city, right next to the houses. The vessels have a beautiful slender shape.

But the ride was very short - Took some nice pictures during the ride. Unique experience, memorable. The ride was too short, no guide, disappointing

Worst ride - This was terrible we had to share which we didn’t want couldn’t sit next to each other for photos they took us away from all the sites around some back alleys was terrible experience

RIP off agency - do not use - When you picture a gondola ride, what do you have in mind as a couple? A romantic ride for two. The company will gladly sell you the concept, but when it comes to delivery they will fail. Complained the concept was missold, met with utter rudeness, tried to complain at the ticket office “not their problem”, to the sales person “not their problem”. Customer service does not exist in this company. Go elsewhere to secure what you want because this company is run by a bunch of thieves.

Computer says no - Avoid this experience like the plague. We were mis sold this experience by Alilaguna who had a counter in our hotel lobby (the Hilton Stucky) we asked for a couples ride on a gondola and were told no problem, given tickets and planned our entire day around this trip that started at 2pm. When the time arrived the tour operator tried to pack us in to a gondola with two other random people! Hardly romantic. We said we had not been informed we would be sharing a gondola to which the lady ripped our tickets and threw them back at us telling us to return to the hotel as it was “not her problem” We did return to the hotel today only to be faced with quite possibly the rudest woman ever to grace the profession of customer service. She was as incapable of listening or demonstrating any empathy whatsoever as to the problem her company had created by not communicating clearly enough that this was a shared trip. She refused to refund the trip even though we didn’t go on it, we have been fobbed off to write to “the owner of the company” I suspect I’ll never seen my money again. These guys are bandits, don’t give them your money without first understanding exactly what you are paying for.

Better offers - We booked and paid for a 30 minute trip but all we got was a quick 20 minutes!! Better trips available
