The climax of our pedestrian journey blesses St. Mark’s Square once more, escorting you through the lively strip of Mercerie—an epicenter of trade linking the renowned Rialto and San Marco.
- IMPORTANT: The tour is not private, it is a shared tour
- Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 individuals.
- The gondola ride is not private but is shared with other participants.
- The seat on the gondola cannot be chosen but will be assigned by our gondolier
- Children up to 3 years old do not pay, only if they do not occupy a seat on the gondola
- The itinerary is subject to change in case of inclement weather.
- When you book, pass us your whatsapp number, we will send you a voucher, via whatsapp, which you must present on the day of the tour.
- Once you arrive at the meeting point, you must enter the Aliguna Ticket Office, show the voucher, which we will send you via whatsapp, and receive the tickets. If you have any doubts, you can ask our desk colleagues.
- Important, we ask you to arrive 20 minutes before the departure of the tour, rightly so because you have to show your voucher at the ticket office, and receive the tickets from our colleagues
- If the gondola tour is canceled due to bad weather, the customer will receive a refund of 30 euro per person.
- The gondola tour has a maximum capacity of 5 people, the walking tour up to 15 people

The meeting point is in SAN MARCO GIARDINETTI c/o ALILAGUNA TICKET COUNTER IN FRONT ILLY CAFFE 5 minutes before the departure of the tour.
Once you arrive at the meeting point, you must enter the Aliguna Ticket Office, show the voucher, which we will send you via whatsapp, and receive the tickets.

Gondola in Venice - I took part in a tour in Venice which included the walking tour and the gondola, we had a lot of fun. Our guide, Giovanna, was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the excursion. The gondola ride was fascinating and fun. Overall, I highly recommend this tour!

Great tour! - Our tour was great! The guide was very friendly and informative. And we loved that the audio devices allowing us to hear the guide were available to us. Great idea! Next time we'd like to do a tour of the palaces and basilicas.

Great Sights and Great Laughs - The tour was fantastic! We learned so much and the tour guide had us laughing the whole time. Our guide showed us all the hidden gems that we didn’t know Venezia even had to offer and gave us tips for how to explore the city on our own. We were never bored and didn’t even realize how much we walked at the end because of how much we enjoyed it. Having the gondola ride included at the end was an added bonus. Recommend this tour to start off your stay in this charming city!

Reasonable tour - A thorough and balanced tour. The guide was personable and entertaining. The tour could have been better if it included entry into St. Mark's, but it would be longer and more expensive. Our gondolier was not chatty or a singer, but we had a reasonable amount of time on the water for our loop of travel.

A must do! - It was a great experience, the guide was very knowledgeable and a good time. The gondola ride at sunset was magical. I recommend the afternoon tours to be able to capture the sunset. Of course it’ll depend on the weather on the day.

Don’t be late!!!! - Unfortunately, our train was delayed so we missed our booked time by 12 minutes and we were unable to go on the tour. No credit or refund was offered. Don’t be late no matter what happens. We had to go with a local/ independent company and pay more $$$ for the gondola ride only.

Inaccurate information - This tour was listed as a 5 person tour and that was not accurate at all. It had 20-25 people. We were not under the impression that we were signing up for a large group tour when we signed up our family of 4. The gondola portion of the tour was not enjoyable, as we didn’t go through any canals. It felt like a production assembly.
This was a disappointing experience.
