Pasta class was incredible - Filippo was a fantastic host! He was so knowledgeable, patient and engaging. We had a blast and thanks to his guidance the carbonara turned out amazing!

Pasta Carbonara experience - This was wonderful and would absolutely do it again. We learned so much about making pasta hands on while preparing our pasta carbonara. Filipo was a very knowledgeable chef and shared his tips. While preparing we cooked with Cabernet franc and sipped on a glass. In the background there was a jazz band rehearsing adding to the experience.
