Burano-a must see! - Murano was fun to watch as a master glass blower created 2 pieces. Loved, loved, loved Burano. So much history and beauty. Wish I could have stayed there longer. Only negative is if you visit on a Monday, not all merchants are open for business.

Fun adventure - It was raining and cold as we headed out but we enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration and free time on Burano for some fun photos with the colorful houses. We had time to stop for a late lunch and gelato.

Worth it for the price but wouldn’t pay more - We arrived on time to the meeting point, and when it was time to walk to the boat the guide basically took off running - she was going so fast that we couldn’t see her at one point and didn’t know where she had turned. The boat ride was fine - but either the speaker is broken or she talks too close to it, we couldn’t understand anything she was saying. Murano is quite boring, nothing but ice cream and glass shops. Burano is very pretty with a variety of shops and restaurants. For the price it was worth it. You can also visit these two islands with the public water taxi.

Enjoyable day - Finding the place to actually exchange our vouchers for tickets was a little challenging as the directions provided give a goggle map spot that is incorrect and the description of the colour of the stands umbrella is actually wrong! (the lady said that they knew the directions were wrong and that they had changed the colour of the umbrella, so may have been helpful to update the website - but, nonetheless we found it. We did not manage to get a main seat so sat at the side near the front which afforded us a good view but we could not hear the commentary at all! The tour guide was speaking in about 5 different languages one after the other but not sure where the speakers were as we did not really understand anything (just caught the odd word) which was a shame. At Murano the glass blowing was interesting to watch but there was not really time to actually do much else - we just about had time to grab an ice-cream before having to head back to the boat. Burano was beautiful, so unique and colourful, loved wandering around and took several pictures before settling at a cafe for a drink. Would have liked to have had more time on each island to actually make the most of the visit, but, all in all, a good day.

Burano is the highlight - I took this tour to see Murano but it was not what I thought it would be . Very little there and very commercial. Burano on the other hand was fantastic- very quaint and welcoming. I loved it. The tour guide did not look like she wanted to be there to be honest. Anyhow, I recommend you just go and see Burano

Nice but could have been better. - The glass demonstration is good but very short and we did not see an actual factory. We were thinking it would be more like Waterford in Ireland. The shop was great and the pricing is very good compared with Venice and even online - they can even ship for you.

Interesting boat trip - Burano was a beautiful island and I loved exploring the shops and taking pictures. Murano was pointless and a waste of time. It was more of a stop to promote the glass blowing items from the shop. There wasn’t much direction from the guide of where to go so I would say the tour was fully independent.

Disappointed but partly my fault - Showed up at scheduled time and ferry already left. Should have been there early but couldn’t find the stand.
