Great Maruno Experience - Great value and lots of interesting information . Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and accommodating . We also enjoyed being able to make jewelry with Maruno glass.

Fantastic Murano Glass Experience - Oh my goodness! What an absolute of a trip to a factory. We watched as they created an incredible Vase! The craftsmanship is unbelievable. For anyone planning, keep in mind you are in a glass FACTORY where they MAKE these gorgeous items in front of you. You'll have serious temptation to buy something as we did and yes we did! Venetian glass is NOT cheap but damn it's beautiful and worth it and, they ship! Dang it! Lol, such a great tour. Giovanni got us there, was incredibly patient until we finished not just the tour but the workshop where we made murano glass jewelry to keep but also until we finished our shopping! Thank you Giovanni! And there was Fabio! Fabio, Grazie Millie for your attention to our trip. I will never forget you and I will send you the photos we discussed! Grazie Millie for everything you did for us. This tour to this factory is incredible! Go!!!

Murano Glass Tour - We got to see the whole process and the museum. It ended with us making jewelry. Fun! We did not expect such great service.

Murano glass is a blast! - What a trip! We had a group of 11. All the guides were knowledgeable, helpful and fun! Make sure to get the tour that allows you to make your own Murano glass souvenir. Well worth it!

Must See! - We want to thank Luca, who was an amazing guide! Murano is a beautiful island to visit for a few hours! Watching the talent of the glass artisans was simply amazing, then being able to create my own earrings in the workshop is something I will always remember! The glass show room was incredible to look at but the prices were very high for my financial options!

Murano glass demonstration - Getting to make something out of the glass ( bracelet or mosaic tile) our tour guide was so personable on the way over to the island and he said he would return with us but didn’t the boat stalled and we had to get off and wait for another boat. The driver wasn’t very apologetic.

Fun - Was a lot of fun. Boat service was great and got to make jewelry. Wish we saw more of the glass making though.

Creation from Nothing to Amazing! - The demonstration of the glass blowing and how precise the artist can shape and create with such a short time while the glass is hot and "flexible"

Don't miss the Master's demonstration, avoid the laboratory. - The experience in the glass factory is highly recommended, seeing the "Master" who creates a work of art with glass will make you understand the price of handmade pieces. I recommend visiting the showroom there are wonderful pieces. I do not recommend the workshop: it consists of assembling an artifact of your choice between earrings and bracelet with glass beads that are not particularly beautiful. Disappointing laboratory experience, I expected more.

Murano tour - I was disappointed with the tour. First, although the tour guide was young and enthusiasti, he was a bit tardy in showing up outside the pharmacy and didn’t have any outward or clearly visible means of identification to help us identify him. I was afraid we were either lost or the meeting place had changed and we hadn’t been notified…anxious moments. Secondly, once at the Murano factory, we were ushered into a room where 2 men were already in the process of completing a glass piece…watching them finish up was our demonstration. When we toured Ireland we went to the Waterford Crystal factory. There we were initially shown a completed crystal piece and then they created an exact replica of that piece from scratch, identifying each step as they went along…far better presentation than the Murano one. Thirdly, once the demo was over and we were ushered through room after room of pieces for sale, we were put into a small room with 2 chairs for 4 people and told it would be 20 minutes before the water taxi arrived. Though our initial tour guide had made a point of telling us at the beginning that he would accompany us to and from the Murano factory, that never happened. Once we arrived at the factory we never saw him again and there was considerable confusion coordinating our departure from the island as a result. I cannot recommend this tour.
