Smooth, wonderful transfer taxi - Mattia was there on time. They will arrive and wait for you at the time your train etc arrives to Venice. Smooth transfer. Professional. Great communication at the time of booking and 24 hours prior to pick up. Very easy to get in touch, and prompt to respond to questions. So much easier this way when you have kids/luggage. Dropped us to the door of our hotel.

Excellent service from start to finish - Wonderful experience into and out of Venice! Both Mattia and Giulia were fantastic! We were met right at the arrival platform at the train station and Mattia walked us to our boat and accompanied us right to our hotel lobby. Same the other way, Giulia met us right in our hotel lobby and took us right to our train. Talk about door-to-door service! Highly recommend!

Foolproof way to get to hotel - Since it was our first trip to Venice, it was nice to be met in the train station and brought to the water taxi. The ride was quick, comfortable and scenic.

Transfer from Venezia S. Lucia to Palazzo Del Giglio - The transfer went very smoothly. We arrived via train from Ravenna, IT after a cruise. Highly recommend. The communication was exceptional.

Highly recommend - Giuseppe met us on the train platform in Venice and escorted us to the water taxi. He rode along to the hotel and took pictures of us with our phone along the way. Highly suggest using this service when traveling to Venice!

Santa Monica is now a piece of Trash and the Metro could care less about Santa Monica - I live close to the 17th street station , the City lets the Metro Shout over the loud Speaker all day all night . The speakers Yell at our homes way over city noise levels allowed , homeless sleep all over station . They bring a huge power washer in every night at 3 am so noisy with moters runing for a hour . How dare they no regard for the people who live in Santa Monica , homeless , trash everywere they have distroyed this City . Dont come to Santa Monica even the Beach is gross full of oil and sewer .
