Excellent!! - Frederico and the Capitán were helpful and incredibly patient with me and my friend as we shopped. Frederico was super knowledgeable about the history and tour sites we visited as well. Super personable and friendly. Would definitely want to spend the day with them again!

Great way to see some of the other parts of Venice area - Gabrielee (spelling?) was a great tour guide --- was a great low key tour of 2 islands that are at a minimum a great respite from the crazy people everywhere in Venice. Great to see the relaxed areas, the glass blowing and the colorful houses.

Absolutely wonderful tour!!!!! - Federico made this trip extra special, but no matter what, this was such an amazing experience! It is SO worth the money to take this tour privately and establish your own timeline. The bolognese I ate on the island of Burano was my favorite meal in all of Italy. The glass making in Murano is stunning and the gift shop is jaw dropping given all the beauty you are surrounded by. Could not recommend more highly!

Great way to see the other islands - Our guide, Rosella, was very informative and accommodating for what we wanted to see in each place. We had limited time as travel was impeded by a rowing competition in Venice. The glass making was fun to watch and the lace making shop owners were so proud of their family's 4th generation shop.

Glass making and fishing village - It’s a nice day trip. The glass factory in Murano was interesting. The two brothers make it look simple to create these glass works of art. After a short demonstration you are lead into their shops where you can make a purchase. Then off to Burano a sleepy fishing village with vibrantly painted houses and a fun tale as to why they are painted so. Walk around enjoy the peaceful beauty then have lunch at one of many restaurants in the main square. It was a very nice day trip. We spent most of our time at Burano.

Primarily great tour, but… - I hate to only leave 4, because they were all so helpful and accommodating. I injured my knee the night before and they made sure we had a boat with a cat walk and even moved docks at one point so I could easily get on and off comfortably. Murano was wonderful and we chose to just “drive by” Torcello rather than getting off. And then we got to Burano. If we had just been let off and given a few pointers and told when to get back to the boat it would have been great. We just wanted to shop and sit in a cafe and have a biscuit. But the guide insisted we follow him. We went where he wanted, not where we wanted. Even with getting a biscuit, we saw several shops to stop at, but we stopped at his favorite so he could get some to take home. And we got them to go, because we couldn’t stop and eat them. So we finished seeing what he wanted us to see and got to where the boat was supposed to be, and no boat. We spent over 20 minutes with the guide calling and talking to people and trying to locate it. Finally we went to a bar and he got a cafe and then realized the boat was across the canal the whole time. So he went over to check and turns out the driver fell asleep with his phone on silent. And then leaving the dock he nearly hit another boat he didn’t notice when he bent down to do something and didn’t watch in front of him. The guide had to yell to him so he noticed. If we had stopped before Burano would have been 5 stars, when you are doing a private tour, ask people what they want to do!

Private Islands Boat Tour - Walking through Torcello. Would have preferred a little more time to explore on our own on its island and didn't enjoy being given a private audience for the glass blowing with a sales pitch thrown in.
