Great day in Venice! - Great walking tour of Venice. Daniel did a good job of personalizing our experience. He had a great knowledge of the city and was kind enough to pick ua up at our hotel.

4 days in Venice - Maria was excellent. She was very helpful, and reached out before and after to answer all our questions. We had her private contact information and felt like we had a friend in a foreign city.

Great tour. Great Guide. - Amazing tour. Victoria was such a great guide, she showed us all the highlights of Venice in our time with her. It was fantastic to see and take it all in. She was so friendly it felt as if you were exploring Venice with a relative. Victoria was also quite accommodating , our train got delayed and she was very considerate in shifting our scheduled tour time and waited on us to arrive. Very polite and friendly, also felt quite comfortable with her during the tour. Will definitely recommend if you would like to have a great experience!

A Wonderfully Different Side of Venice! - Really enjoyed this Secret Gems in Venice tour. Venice itself is AMAZING and so much to see and enjoy. After 3 days of seeing all the major 'tourist' sites, we embarked on this walking tour to see a side of Venice that we would have otherwise never seen nor even known to look for. We strolled down quiet streets and saw a beautifully different side of the city. I'd say we got to see more of what the locals would enjoy. The neighborhoods were charming and the local restaurants were full of locals just enjoying their daily routines. This was a very relaxing and very enjoying thing to take part in. What made the walk the most special was our host: Benedetta (Bene)! She knew the streets to go on, she knew the local neighborhoods well, and she also knew which turns to make to see beautifully stunning places that we would have otherwise walked right past! To make it even better, the whole time we were walking, Bene engaged us with conversations and stories about all sorts of Venetian things. We truly learned so much! Additionally, after the tour, Bene gave us the BEST recommendation EVER for a local restaurant to eat at for dinner. It was not full of tourists; it was full of locals. The food was AMAZING and the service was over-the-top. It was our last night in Venice, and what a way to end the trip. Thank you Bene for everything you shared with us. We had a FANTASTIC time and I would highly recommend taking this tour. **Be sure to ask for Benedetta!!!** You will not regret it.

Hidden gems with a local - Fantastic half day with Davide. Like exploring on your own with no schedule or guide telling you what to do but an expert on hand for advice, information and insights on all the little details. Venice is a truly wonderful city and there are so many small details and hidden gems off the beaten track it’s the perfect place to have a private guide taking you where you want to go, moving at your pace and keeping you informed all the way. Personalized and no stress - The private tour was very nice a personalized. They worked with me on time and itinerary. Some of the stops were a bit high pressure sales, but overall a very nice experience.

Horrible experience! No show’s us with zero communication! - This was an absolute disaster. We paid $400 for this private tour, and our tour guide “ghosted” us with zero communication. They would not respond to phone calls from Viator staff, they would not answer my messages on What’s App, and they wouldn’t answer emails. This is a complete fraud, and they ruined our day. As I write this, I’m expecting a full refund. If this company has any backbone at all, they’ll at least make it right and issue my money back. If I don’t get it, I will be livid. Do not buy from this company!!
