This course is great for those traveling with young ones, but is just as engaging for adults.
You’ll create 6 to 7 unique types of cicheti, meticulously chosen based on the seasonality of meat, seafood, and vegetables, and reflecting both traditional and contemporary styles. We’ll then savour the diverse tastes and combinations in the Venetian way, accompanied by Prosecco!
You’ll gain insight into one of Venice’s ancient and privileged customs, and you’ll be able to recreate the recipes again at home, much to everyone’s enjoyment.
