This course is solely focused on teaching the traditional Italian art of preparing fresh pasta.

You’ll learn to make three distinct styles of pasta such as spaghetti, tagliolini, gnocchi, or ravioli, and three accompanying sauces using seasonal meat, fish, and vegetables for a perfect match.

Celebrate your culinary achievement by indulging in your freshly made pasta dishes, complemented by prosecco, whilst basking in a stunning, private view of Venice.
