Guglie - Live an authentic culinary experience in Venice. Giudecca Island is one of the few places in Venice that still retains its authenticity of real Venetian life. Always full of orchards and gardens, the Giudecca was once a refuge for the Venetian nobility who moved there during the warmer months. It is there in the middle of green and flowers, where your host awaits you in her kitchen full of colors. Once there she will welcome you with a glass of Prosecco, and distribute the aprons to get to work preparing the pasta dough and transforming it under her attentive guidance into the different traditional forms of “pasta fresca”. You will prepare the sauces to dress the pasta, and as a second course a pan of baked vegetables and fruit, her original signature.
Finally, you will prepare the Tiramisu the Italian dessert king, according to the traditional recipe.
After this hands-on cooking class, choose the chair of your favorite color and enjoy what you’ve prepared for dinner with local wines or water and finally a classic Italian coffee.
Share your passion for the Italian cuisine with your friends once you are back home, with the recipes you have learn.

Experience the process of creating ‘Pasta Fresca’, a traditional dish, from the ground up, under the supervision of a local chef, paired with a seasonal sauce crafted on spot. Also, gain insights on how to prepare Tiramisù, a top-rated dessert in Italy. Once the cooking lesson is over, treat your tastebuds to a three-course meal, featuring the dishes you made during the session, complimented with local wines and a variety of drinks. This cooking journey serves as the ideal hangout for groups of friends, family get-togethers or organization team-building activities.

HIGHLY SUGGEST - The most amazing hosts, evening, lessons, food, and company. Truly the best experience I had in Venice and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone traveling here!! It takes place on the island Giudecca, just a short boat ride from Venice, very simple to find and well worth all of it!!!

Unforgettable - Our hostess, Rosa, and her daughter, were not only entertaining, but so informative. We were traveling with two families and had three teenagers, and everyone had fun and participated in learning how to make pasta, a vegetable/fruit dish, and tiramisu. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel like friends. Our hostesses engaged everyone and made the evening unforgettable. Worth every penny.

The best day cooking! - We had a blast at this class! We loved the hosts and learned new dishes to make at home. They even gave us recipe cards for later. The whole day felt so personalized and fun. We also had a great time meeting the other family in our group.

Best experience in Venice - If you want something a little different from your trip to Venice - try this - it was by far the best past of our holiday!
Rosa and her daughter Angela made the experience exceptional! We not only cooked and ate a fantastic meal, the whole evening was so special. If and when we return to Venice, we will definitely do this again!

personalized for everyone to have a wonderful time - From the moment we entered Rosa's home we felt the warmest welcome. The cooking class was not only fun but informative for my 14 year old, my 10 year old and for us (the parents). Making tiramisu and fresh pasta was amazing and meeting someone so full of life like Rosa was the Best 💕

Amazing experience. If I could give a 10/5 I would! - I am GLUTEN FREE and I did forgot to mention it before had. Rosa not only had gluten free flower available but made sure to be careful of my allergy in regards to the utensils etc.

Absolutely unforgettable experience with Rosa - This was by far the most incredible cooking class I've ever attended -- words don't do a justice describing how amazing this experience was. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and immediately made to feel like close friends with Rosa. Rosa is the not only BEST cooking instructor, but the best cook! Cannot recommend this experience enough -- my family and I were devastated (and so full) when it was over! Thank you, Rosa!
