Embark on a 4-hour biking escapade in Venice’s countryside! Seize your free time pedaling through the Brenta river vicinity accompanied by your guide and a small group. Take halts in quaint towns. Behold the beauty of villas and monuments. Savor the area’s culinary offerings and enjoy complimentary bottled water! Free van pickup and drop-off from specified starting and finishing points of the tour are also included. You’ll have to separately arrange for hotel pickup and drop-off.

- Dress code is smart casual
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- A maximum of 8 people per booking
- We suggest to purchase one way ticket for waterbus Zattere to Fusina Harbour (€ 8) and return from Dolo to Venice by public bus line 53E (€ 4)
- Alternative you can book your return to Venice (€30 total) or Fusina Harbour (€20 total) with private minivan before departure (reservation by email or whatsapp requested)
- On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it

Fun day in countryside - Our tour guide waited for us as we missed the 1st boat. It was an easy ride along canal to our 1st stop at a neighborhood bakery. Later we visited a Villa and heard about local way of life. Had good lunch at end of ride. Highly recommend.

Beautiful way to see more than just the city - We had a wonderful time with Monica. The bike tour was designed to have just the right amount of ride and rest to allow us to see the countryside and relax. She even gave us wonderful tips about sites in the area to see - in addition to history and interesting facts along the ride. We highly recommend this trip!

Cycling the Brenta Canal - We were two families of eight people (including 4 teenagers / young adults) and hired 8 bikes to cycle along the Brenta Canal from Villa Pisani at Stra to Dolo and then on to Mira before cycling back to Villa Pisani at Stra again (where we had left our cars).
Travel & Bike (Monica, then Gianluca) were there to meet us at both ends, all the bikes were in great condition and worked perfectly. They helped us to work out the best routes and timings before we left. We had a great day out relaxing in the Veneto countryside before braving the tourist trail of Venice. Thank you very much indeed !

Great family activity. - This was a very fun day. It was wonderful to see the countryside outside of Venice. Gianni was a great guide. We made stops along the way and enjoyed the local places. My favorite stop was his home, a lovely B&B right on the river. It was very relaxing.

I can't recommend this tour enough!! - We had a fantastic time on the beautiful bike ride in the Venice countryside. We enjoyed the stop for coffee and pastry halfway through our adventure, and our final stop for cicchette at the end. We passed by gorgeous villas and Gianluca allowed us as much time as we wanted to stop and tour or take pictures. I highly recommend this tour! For us it was a wonderful break from the Easter chaos in Venice.

Amazing day trip away from the crowds - Gianluca was a gem ! We were only 2 x (my partner and I) so he tailored the tour to us - we had the most amazing day and couldn't have hoped for a better way to learn about Venetian culture, see beautiful architecture and eat delicious pasta. Couldn't recommend enough : )

Great bike ride through the countryside - Gianluca was a terrific guide taking us for a great ride through the beautiful quiet countryside outside venice. He was very informative and speaks fluent English. It was a wonderful day.

Perfect day! - What a wonderful day with had biking through towns and the countryside with our fabulous host! Gianluca was prompt, enthusiastic, and an all-around lovely human being! He managed to impart useful historical knowledge while also giving us time to take in the beauty of our surroundings. We set a pace that was manageable and relaxing while also covering a good amount of ground. We finished with a lovely lunch that also catered to the food allergies of one of our group. We've not stopped talking about this bike ride and how much we've enjoyed it. What a memory, thanks to the kindness and spirit of Gianluca.

Lovely ride along the Brenta river - We spent a lovely time with Gianluca. Our family of 5 (parents and 3 adolescents) enjoyed a calm day, cycling through a serene landscape along the Brenta river. Gianluca was a very friendly and knowledgable guide, and willingy adjusted to our wishes. The bikes were in good shape, The trip was slow-paced, i.e. well adapted to our requirements.
We can absolutely recommend Gianluca and his team.
