Denis from Venice was fun and informative! - Very nice tour! Denis was very knowledgeable about Venice and the different types of food offered. I appreciated that he sought out vegetarian options at places where seafood was served. The group (13) covered a lot of ground in 2.5 hours and there was plenty of food to sample from fried ham & cheese to fried squid, ending with gelato. It was especially nice to end the evening sitting in a campo enjoying crostini under the night sky and moon.

Fantastic Tour!!! - What an incredible experience! This tour was one of my favorite experiences on my trip to Venice. The tour guide, Anna, was absolutely incredible! She was so much fun and did a wonderful job showing us around Venice and introducing us to the local foods. I tried so many different dishes that I would not have discovered on my own. I absolutely loved this experience and would recommend it to anyone! It was an excellent way to learn about the city and the culture.

Fun food tour if you bring your map! - It was terrific to sample the local specialties - especially loved the baby octopus! The guide was fun and informative. The only down-side was that when the tour was over, she bid us farewell without any direction on how to get back to where we started- we didn't even know what neighborhood we were in! In the dark November evening, unfamiliar with the area, if we hadn't had charged phones and our trusty Google maps, we would have been totally lost - not a great way to end a really fun tour. A more circular route, leading us back to the starting point might be a good idea - especially for the evening tours.
