Authentic experience. Heritage. Expert Guide. - Great guide with deep knowledge (Phd in history come on). Authentic walk to places not otherwise known to visitors. If you are aiming at St Marks and Doge Palace or Bridge of Sigh that are known to everyone, you are in the wrong group. But if you want something authentic, this is it.

Spontaneous decision with fantastic results - After 2 weeks of travel, I needed a brain-break from planning. On a whim I found this tour and was incredibly surprised with the depth packed into 2 hours. Veronica was an engaging storyteller, checking in often to make sure we understood, included a mix of the common/popular tidbits as well as surprising us with known-to-few tales. Loved the visuals she provided as well as the additional recommendations. Would highly recommend

Venice on foot. - I was so grateful to Valentina our guide who waited for my very late arrival. My mistake at having read where the meeting point was incorrectly. The fascinating tour was punctuated with great humour when called for and her love for Venice shone through. Our group appreciated the opportunity to ask questions, seek advice on where to visit and eat too. The pace of the visit was really good and afforded many opportunities for pictures to be taken. Walking around the various Calles and squares along with her commentary brought Venice's ancient and contemporary history alive. The tour lasted around 3 hours and no one in the group thought anything of it except that it had to end.

Terrible experience - Daisy was late showing up and had to wait additional 15 minutes once she did show. Daisy spent more time at fish market than Rialto Bridge. It was a boring 7th grade history class with no time for pics. She just ran through the Rialto Bridge and thru the middle, so not even a chance to see the water. She said at the beginning of the tour that she was a PhD, or a useless doctor. She was right.
