Additional Information

Join us for a memorable excursion at our familial vineyard with the wine cultivator!

We are a unique boutique winery nestled in the center of Valpolicella, conducting activities to convey our love for Valpolicella and Amarone wines to our visitors (we provide it personally, without the intervention of third-party brokers or tour guides).

We’ll kick off by strolling through the vineyard, sharing the ancestral narrative of the winery and the estates. You’ll understand how to dry Amarone grapes in a traditional drying room, in a method known as Appassimento. We’ll explore our farmhouse and the 17th-century cellar used for wine fermentation and maturation. The finale will include a tasting session of a range of our exquisite wines such as Valpolicella, RIPASSO, and the exquisite AMARONE, learning to critique them visually, olfactorily, and gustatorily.

You’ll also relish our organic EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, local cheese known as Monte Veronese, and Soppressa Valpolicella (a variant of salami).

Looking forward to welcoming you on our breathtaking terrace overlooking Valpolicella!

So much more than we expected! - Our guide and winemaker Nicola took us in what we thought would be an e-bike ride through his vineyards, but which turned out to be so much more! We learned about the strategic importance of the Valpolicella region from pre-Roman times up to today. He showed us Roman ruins found in a vineyard. He shared the techniques of how he makes his wines, and at the end of the bike tour we enjoyed a delicious lunch tasting his amazing wines in a delightful garden back at the homestead Nicola's family has lived in for 7 generations. The service and ambiance were fantastic! We thought this tour would be fun, but it far exceeded our expectations!

Outstanding Tour and Wines - An excellent tour of the vineyard, production process and a lovely tasting. We love our wine and regularly do tours like this. So amazing to visit a winery with buildings dating back to the 1400s and to learn of their bio dynamic processes. A must to do when in the region.

Amazing Experience - Amazing views from the winery, the winery itself is old and amazing. The walk around the vineyard and chat was very informative, we learnt so much. The wines themselves were of a very good quality, the meat and cheese platter complemented the wines perfectly. Oh and do try the cherry chutney! Instructions to get to the meeting point by bus were very easy to follow. A standout tour of our holiday.

Lovely hosts & Great wine - Lovely hosts and interesting tour, food offering was great, wine perfect as you’d expect. It rained on the day we went but they did well to entertain us. Improvements would be to the transport, it was advertised as a tour from Verona and the transfer taxi they offered was quite pricey. Based on previous experiences I’d also have expected a bit more wine, we received 4 small measures plus a very small taste of the sweet wine. That said the venue was very well presented and they’ve clearly invested time into creating a good place to host the tasting. All round a good day out.

Informative - Our young inspirational & enthusiast presenter who was extremely informative about all aspects of natural wine making & the beautiful views over the landscape. Challenging to access the venue with mixed information given to drivers for client pick up rushed at the end with no time to purchase product
