Loved our time in Verona - My husband and I were lucky enough to have Sara all to ourselves on this tour of Verona. There’s so much to learn about this beautiful city. We enjoyed learning about the various types of architecture and rulers of the town over the centuries. And of course, you have to end the tour at Juliet’s house.

Verona walking tour - Our guide, Leonardo was excellent!!! He provided great history & background through his wonderful storytelling skills. We gained so much new information & appreciation for our visit to Verona.

Deceitful and inconsiderate tour operator - My worst Viator experience. The guide was a no show. We booked a “Private” walking tour, and According to Viator Policy that means only the members of your party are included in the tour. But that was not the case! We arrived at the exact location 5 mins early. I messaged the tour operator several times. She did not write back. We waited more then 20 mins. Then left. Then after some time walking around town I found a phone number for the operator. I called the number, the guide picks up and tells me there was a overly large group that morning and that it was not her fault she didn’t look for us at the meeting location. This reply is ethically wrong on multiple levels - 1. I booked a private tour 2. The tour operator didn’t have the decency to look at their messages to see that I was missing and looking for them. I’m so angry by this experience I hope that everyone who reads this is aware of the indecency of this tour operator.
