Absolutely amazing. - Absolutely wonderful cruise. The boat was well kept. The crew was very kind and very knowledgeable. We had about 30-45 minutes of orca watching and about 30 minutes of Humpback watching. You obviously can’t make a whale show up but boy did they. Lots of opportunity for pictures. The crew respected the whale’s space, which is wonderful. Yet they didn’t stay so far that you couldn’t see them well. Not only did they gives great whale viewing opportunities but they took us on a scenic tour of the waterway and allowed and positioned both sides of the boat for picture of the beautiful land/seascapes including Research Island and allowed us to see the Sea Lions. The captain even gave us an opportunity to watch. Bald Eagle fishing. They went all out to not only take us out but to also find us the most wildlife. My coworker used a different tour and she was jealous because she didn’t get to see nearly as much we I did. My other coworkers went a few days later and said they had a similar experience as I did with Eagle Wings. I would absolutely recommend this tour group if you want a great and safe experience that respects the whales and gives you what you came for.

Incredible!!! 🐳 - My mother, husband and I took the sunset ride on October the 1st - which, unbeknownst to us was the final sunset cruise of the season. We had an absolutely spectacular time. Incredible views on a beautiful day — we got to see a group of about 7 orcas of various ages, and got very close to about a dozen humpback whales! The staff was so awesome and knowledgeable - big shout out to Gabby, Kristina, (both) Selena’s, and Captain Trev! We certainly made the right decision with which company to go with! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is NOT to be missed when you are in (or near) Victoria - We ended our last day on Vancouver Island with a 'Sunset' Tour from Eagle Wing, a 3.5-hour trip from Victoria Fishermans Wharf, on the waters between Canada and the States. Easily one of the most beautiful experiences of my life and worth every cent! A very enthusiastic crew who spoke with a lot of passion and thorough knowledge about the animals and the environment. We imagined ourselves in a National Geographic documentary. We saw no fewer than 12 orcas, several humpback whales, a sea otter, numerous sea lions, elephants, and dogs, etc... It makes you realize how beautiful our earth is. Eagle Wings is also a sustainable organization. Highly recommended for young and old!!!

Amazing Trip - Amazing experience. The crew were very knowledgeable about the different whales and wildlife and gave us great views whilst respecting them. We saw orcas and humpbacks as well as sea lions. Take their advice and dress warmly with layers as it gets cold out at sea even on a warm day. If you are in Victoria it’s definitely worth booking this tour.

Exceptional crew and tour - Our expectations were high, having been on two other amazing tours in Campbell River and Tofino, and we weren’t disappointed. The crew of Brett, Derek, Carol and Logan were fantastic; so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about caring for the wildlife in the area. A bumpy ride out from the harbour into calm waters and our first encounter with a Resident Orca off towards the shoreline. Continuing on we came upon a pod of transient Orcas who were happy to hang around the boat, giving us over an hour of wonderful viewing and plenty of excellent photo opportunities, all backed up with the crews’ fascinating insight into how these incredible creatures live. As it got later we were asked whether we would like to view the Canada Day fireworks from the boat or be dropped at the jetty. Unsurprisingly most of us opted to stay onboard and viewing the display from the boat was the icing on the cake of a truly awesome experience.

Wow a memorable last evening in Canada and what a way to spend it. - This was the second whale watching trip we did in Canada on this month long trip and we were nit disappointed. I booked it just 3 days before as it was coming to the end of the season so I had looked at the weather in advance. I would however recommend booking further in advance if July and August. The boat was modern the crew Sam, Isabelle and Gabby with Captain Joe at the helm. Their knowledge was amazing and this certainly helped make the trip even better. We saw a small pod of transient Orcas and humpback later before we sailed to see Seals and sea lions. They made sure we were out for the entire duration too.

Best whale watching experience - We enjoyed every bit of our whale watching experience with Eagle tours. Courteous and friendly people, they take care of you throughout the trip. The hot chocolate at the end added a warm touch.
