An experience - This is not just an attraction but an experience. Very difficult to explain in words. And highly recommended. A memory for life.

Must Do experience - A must do experience when you visiting the falls. There are no fences (of course!) or real security measures other than two people holding your feet when you’re facing the drop which can be scary to some, but it’s a breathtaking experience. The staff take great photos of you as well. ;-)

Go for it! - Even though it was a super spontaneous decision, they made it possible for me to go. Wow! Friendly and flexible guides, at no time I felt not save. The water was a nice refreshment in a hot day. Absolutely amazing food and beverages after the pool. Good support whilst crossing boarders. Really really good services!

Devils pools put your fear aside and do it! - The tour was great. The drives ave guides are an awesome part of the whole experience! The view The staff cannot rave enough about how helpful they are. Highly recommend! I'm terrified of heights like standing on a step ladder is an issue. But the guides helped me the whole way to make the most of my trip. I sat nearly on the edge and they were fantastic!

No words explain how amazing this experience was. - Everything about this experience was seamless and beautiful. I stayed in Zimbabwe with a KAZA visa (for Zimbabwe and Zambia)—highly recommend. It made going back and forth very easy. Devils and angels pools are on the Zambia side, but if you want to see the Vic Falls national park it is on the Zimbabwe side. They picked me up from my hotel in Zimbabwe and took me across the bridge to Zambia, where another driver took me to the boat dock for Livingstone Island. A barista made the most beautiful cup of coffee I’ve ever had (bold statement, but true) before we set off. The guides made me feel safe at all times, and one of the guides even prayed/thanked a higher power for all of us making it safely to and from the pool (he did this silently to himself) 💙🪶

Turned out great! - Ok, so we knew we wanted to do this before we went. We were on a tour but had a free afternoon and chose to book the 3:30pm Devils Pool and Livingstone island tour. On their site if you book it has it noted as also being high tea. However, the price when you book is less and I learned it doesn’t include high tea? But, a few days before, some other people on our tour wanted to join. They couldn’t get it booked on their website so went to Get Your Guide and booked it- what we thought was the same. The day before, when we arrived in Victoria Falls I wanted to make sure everything was booked ok so I called their office - the 24 hour line and he called me back on WhatsApp. I was told that your wouldn’t be able to go but they offered us some alternatives and then he came to our lodge and met with us and we all discussed and finalized and we instead did the hike to the pool and a boat ride back. Everything was arranged and went well! We were driven to The border. Walked across where they checked us into the park, then a guide walked us to the falls. It was a challenging hike over some water sections and rocks) though not at the edge of the falls), have good grip shoes that get wet! At livingstone island they lock up bags and have water, a changing area, bathrooms. My husband cannot swim (even doggy paddle) and he was able to do this! With help! The guides were awesome. They took photos and videos a ton with one of our phones then we shared. Then we changed, took a boat back to land, then a van to the border. Crossed the border. Then another van picked us up on the other side and took us back. Extra costs were the park fee, transportation and visas. It ends up being expensive but worth it! I highly recommend if you are confused about any of the booking or what is going to happen to call them! PS. We came to Victoria falls, crossed to Zambia for this adventure. Then went to Botswana and then back to Victoria Falls. We got first a single entry visa at airport to Victoria Falls, then a double one coming back from Zambia and that seemed most logical to save time coming in the Botswana borer! They hand write the visas and they take forever! Also, kaza visa or whatever it’s called is voided if you go to Botswana. Hope this helps someone

Don’t book this. You’ll be scammed. - Terrible. Do not book. Local operator showed up early when we weren’t there and said we were late. Came back at 2:15 and said we may not make it but if we pay him separately he can get us to the gate but not guarantee that we’d get in as 2:15 is the start time despite viator’s confirmation screenshot showing pickup at 2:15. Shady and we didn’t want to chance it and pay someone outside of what we already paid for and not get in. Viator refused to refund this despite our reliable guide telling us this happens all the time with that operator. Scam.

No-show, waste of my time, cancelation without notice - If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent one hour waiting for them at the pickup point. Nobody showed up, nobody was reachable on any of the indicated phone numbers. In the evening, someone texted me and came to my hotel to initiate a refund. This had to be online and it took another hour. So two hours wasted over nothing and I never got to do the tour. Highly disappointed. Cannot recommend. No reason was given for the no-show either.
