The Belvedere Palace stands as a stunning illustration of Baroque architecture and is renowned for its expansive collection of Baroque art. It’s certainly not to be missed!

In 1781, this palace was transformed into a museum and is now among the world’s earliest public museums. Recognised for its expansive grounds and awe-inspiring design, the museum is filled with a striking collection of modernist art, including the famous painting “The Kiss” by Klimt, which can be viewed firsthand.

You won’t just explore about twenty-four pieces by Klimt in the museum, but a private tour guide will also familiarise you with artworks by Ferdinand Georg Waldmüller and Franz Xaver Messerschmidt, also housed here. Spend plenty of time marvelling at the stunning gardens with their captivation symmetrical and geometric patterns, accentuated by angelic statues along each walkway.

Wonderful - Our tour guide was fun and energetic. She was so knowledgeable and wove a wonderful historic story of the Belvedere for our family. It was a rainy cold day but none of us noticed the weather, we so enjoyed being with our guide. Outside and inside.
