The most delicious chocolate and so fun! - This is a MUST for anyone who visits Vienna. It was so fun for our whole family and the chocolate was incredible. It made for very nice souvenirs to bring back home to loved ones since it was authentic and hand made. Each person goes home with 3 handmade bars and a certificate, so we had 9 bars to bring home!

Our Chocolatier was just gorgeous... she explained everything so well, was so helpful & made it a lot of fun!!!!I am so sorry that I can't recall her name, but she was a beautifully tanned lady, dark hair & a wicked sense of humour ( & a little bossy!!!! - she will know who she is!!!) Thank you!!! Great experience!!!!!!!

Fabulous fun and interactive experience! - Jannya the lady who took the workshop was fantastic! We got to make our own chocolate bars to take home (I was expecting small ones but they were a decent size) and we got to make and drink a hot chocolate too! It was really good fun and a great way to round off our break in Vienna. My husband insisted on buying me a “life is better with chocolate” T-shirt in the gift shop which at €20 was good value! The lady at the till was also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the experience but the museum as a stand alone experience is probably not good value for money.

A good way to make your own chocolate bars, but a bit expensive! - I booked the chocolate workshop as my daughter and I wanted to do something fun while we were in Vienna and this suited us both. We arrived in good time and received a very friendly greeting. Be warned though - when she offers you a coffee, it's not free, in fact it was the most expensive coffee I had in every county I visited during our trip and it wasn't that great a coffee either. The workshop itself was great fun and very informative. The workshop's very own 'Willy Wonka' had his own sense of humour and style and was very patient with us all while we made our own chocolate. Needless to say, the chocolate didn't last long due to the heat, but it was very tasty. The museum itself wasn't really a museum at all, just displays about things related to chocolate. It was an expensive experience, but we enjoyed it.
