Get Sufi as your tour guide! - We took the walking tour with Sigi and really enjoyed it! He took his time to explain everything. Easy to understand in English.

Uncomfortable experience - The tour itself was excellent. So was the River Cruise on which we had an enjoyable lunch at reasonable price. We did not go on walking tour due to heat and knee problems. The staff were good. The reason I have only given it 3 stars is that of the 5 journeys we took only two of the buses had air conditioning. The temperature was in the 90s which made the whole experience very un comfortable.

Bus trip ok but river trip disappointing, - None really. It was a very long slow trip. The river trip was disappointing. We did not go very far. We spent a lot of time waiting in a channel.

Great bus, awful river cruise - The hop on hop off bus was great!! However the nature river cruise was awful. The outside speakers weren’t working and the bench seat was very uncomfortable for an almost 2 hour boring boat trip.

HoHo Vienna big bus - Big scam, i chose this line because of the walk tour and the cruise. They are both a big trap and a scam. The walk tour the guide was mainly talking about coffee shops and tips and prices. The cruise was my worst ever, i chose the river one line B. My first day cruise was canceled without any warning so i went the following day. We spent 5 min in the river then 15 min stopping then he went into the canal. We saw nothing Except ugly graffiti and trees. Then crew said we need to leave the ship. It was so difficult to find the hoho stop. No one adviced that cruise start at stop 11 and should end at stop 8. So upset lost 2 hours ugly experience, if you choose this bus for tour and cruise, my advice they are both so bad.

Bad. - Very bad indication, you can not find the stops outside the center. Finding the Boat terminal impossible. But experience of my life

Very poor. - River cruise all industrial - very boring. Walking tour totally focused on coffee and food not the city at all. Tour guide could also not walk! Commentary on the bus was far from the normal big bus standard, it was very limited. Very disappointing.

Do not use Viator - The fact that prior to the tickets being issued I discovered that even though I had searched for Paris I was given Vienna I contacted Viator and was told that they couldn’t change the booking even though the tickets still didn’t come through for over an hour after I made contact I then tried to change the booking through the bus company which they also couldn’t do as the booking was made via Viator My advise is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very poor experience - Extremely disappointed. The bus was waiting a long time in each stop. Not good description of places. No air condition in the bus in the temp of 33 degrees. The walking tour (11:30) today was the worst tour we have ever gone to. The tour guide only talked about places to eat and food. In one hour he only showed us two places - so we left after 1 terrible hour. We will never recommend this to any of our friends. Total waste of money.
