Great trip with the lovely Susan - Amazing trip with the lovely Susan who transported us safely and was very knowledgeable and chatty throughout our journey. We really enjoyed getting to know her. It was a long day but worth it to see Vienna - great little lunch spot too.

Attila the Historian - Attila was fantastic. We loved his stories and historical context as we drove to Vienna and then while we were in Vienna. We wanted to see a museum that was not part of the normal tour and he adjusted so we could see it. Attila speaks 6 languages and was a very impressive guide. The tour was well worth the travel and long day. Lots of walking. The whole thing with travel and lunch took 12 hours.

Clean and safe - From the airport take the 100E bus to the city center ($5) as opposed to taxi ($30) takes about 30 mins both options. You can pay on the bus with your bank card or phone. There are pay terminals by each door.Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Also download the Bolt app as they don't have Uber there.

Perfect way to see Vienna in one day! - Attila was an AMAZING tour guide. He was promptly waiting for us in the lobby. The drive was smooth, approx 2.5 hours long He patiently showed us around Vienna. He was funny, human, patient, and so very, knowledgeable. His found places off the beaten path, showed us amazing views, beautiful places, and we had a great lunch in a local restaurant in Vienna center. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Great day trip to Vienna - Excellent tour to Vienna from Budapest. Solo tous with a guide can be awkward. But this tour was like spending a day with an old friend , who happened to be extremely knowledgeable about Budapest and Vienna. My guide, Tom S., was excellent. Great tour

Meh? - This tour ended up being a very convenient way to go from Budapest to Vienna. Tour of Vienna was nothing special, but the visit to Schonbrunn castle was very interesting, but extremely large crowds.

Highly recommended - My elderly mother, my 8-year old and I went for this trip on a day where it was 34 degrees C by 10am. I was worried everyone would be miserable walking around Vienna in the heat. Fortunately, our guide, Attila, knew exactly what to do to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We walked in the shade except for places where it was unavoidable. We went indoors occasionally. It was a bit of touch and go, but that is to be expected when you want to cover many attractions within a short time. Overall, we had a good time, learned a lot about Austria and Vienna, and took many good pictures. For those wondering how much walking is involved, I clocked a little over 10,000 steps that day. Lunch was delicious, even with my vegetarian meal. The car ride was 2.5 hours and comfortable.

Vienna the very long walk - This was overall a great trip However travellers should be warned that there is a Lot of walking involved. It was advertised that we would have a choice to shop but we were not asked what we would like to do. I had to ask if I could quickly nip into a shop but felt rushed. Lunch was included however we were taken to a Hungarian restaurant which given we were staying in Budapest we were already familiar with Hungarian cuisine. During lunch my husband found two hairs in his main course. This was replaced however usually a restaurant would not charge by way of an apology.. we were not offered any reimbursement. I found some of the tour guides comments quite rude, he told us a story about Arnold schwarzeneger and used crude language telling a tale about arranging for a female friend of his to meet him and what happened during that meeting. Also another tale about finding a phone in his car that belonged to a male passenger and how it wasn't his wife calling but another woman, and suggested that this was a prostitute...totally unnecessary to discuss things of this nature in my opinion. Towards the end of the trip I literally had to beg Thomas for no more walking..we are in our late 50's and not as fit as we once were.
