Highlights
  • Danube Canal (Donau Kanal) - After meeting at the office on Franz-Josefs-Kai street in central Vienna by 1pm, you’ll meet your guide who will first lead you along the fortified walls of the Danube Canal to the top of Vienna’s highest hill, the Kahlenberg.
  • Belvedere Museum - Schloss Belvedere is a historic baroque palace complex in Vienna, Austria, consisting of two magnificent palaces (the Upper and Lower Belvedere) set in a beautiful park. It was built in the early 18th century as a summer residence for Prince Eugene of Savoy and now houses the Belvedere Museum, renowned for its extensive collection of Austrian and international art..
  • Prater - Prater Park in Vienna, Austria, is a large public park known for its vast stretches of green spaces, woodlands, and the iconic Wiener Riesenrad Ferris wheel. It offers a variety of recreational activities, including amusement park attractions, sports facilities, and paths for walking and cycling, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
  • Donauinsel - Cruise along the banks of the Danube River on the Danube Island with a stop for a traditional Austrian Bratwurst and a ‘Radler’ (beer & lemonade). The Danube Island is the perfect place to stop in summer, to take in the atmosphere, perhaps go for a swim, and experience the real Viennese recreational lifestyle.
  • Ringstrasse - The Ringstraße is a grand boulevard that encircles Vienna’s historic city center, characterized by its opulent buildings, monuments, and parks dating back to the 19th century. It is home to some of Vienna’s most significant architectural, cultural, and historical landmarks, including the Vienna State Opera, the Hofburg Palace, and the Austrian Parliament Building.
  • Hundertwasserhaus - The Hundertwasserhaus in Vienna is a vibrantly colored, unconventional apartment building designed by the Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Its distinctive features include undulating floors, a roof covered in earth and grass, and large trees growing from inside the rooms, all of which defy traditional architectural norms and celebrate a harmonious blend of nature and human habitation.

Fun 3 hours - We had a fantastic e- bike tour with Horst. He was a great guide and he made it really fun. We covered a large area on the e-bikes around the historic centre and also across the Danube through parks. We would highly recommend booking this tour if you are looking for an overview of the city and surrounding areas.

A must do adventure - Nicolas our guide was very flexible and checked in regards our fitness level. He was chatty and made us feel very welcome. We did about 35km in the morning and it wasn't a hard slog. We got to oversee Vienna from a beautiful wine region. Having coffee and cake at the midpoint. We had mountain bikes which at the end I was greatful for as they were easy to ride. Thank you Nicolas for your hospitality and good luck for you upcoming adventures. We will be thinking about you. Auf Wiedersehen und vielen dank.

Special experience with ebike - The tour was a bit harder than we expected but it was worth it! Riding a bike around provides a different perspective on the city, and the views from the mountainside were so beautiful. The ebike still requires some initial effort at pedalling but it’s fine once you get the hang of it and helped a lot at pedaling uphill. Our tour guide also made sure to regularly check on the group and made stops as needed. Definitely recommended for people who have biked before and for those in good fitness.

Just as we asked! - Our guide Taz was great and very flexible - we wanted ‘ slow and no hills’ and she adapted for us. Nice trail along the Danube!

Vienna Small Group E-Bike Tour - The ride was advertised as 4 hours, 21 miles. In reality it was 1 hour 33 minutes 14.2 miles. I can verify this by my Strava recording. Before we set off we asked for bottles of water, and being asked to pay 2 Euros. When I showed them my ticket that showed water provided they gave water out FREE. stops were brief - not long enough to take photos. The leader was constantly pushing the riders. The leader had the excuse that is was the first time he had led the ride! On a positive note the bikes were good, but leader reluctant to spend time ensuring the rider had time to adjust their bike. The leader's group control was somewhat haphazard.

A good experience with room for improvement - Let me start by saying we had a good tour. Nevertheless it was marred by a very slow start with the one lady not being able to cope with setting up 2 organised tours and 1 large group of bike hires, also organised beforehand. This resulted in a non existent introduction for our tour guide and setting off without any preamble (eg how to use the gike, safety and how to travel as a group). The tour was generally hurried, possibly to try catch up time. So a bit of good, and a bit of not so good. I think more organisation and punctuality would of solved a lot of my comments.

Vienna Silent e-bike tour - Tour guide was very nice , but barely gave any information about the sites . barely spoke , very short . if you want a just a bike and go around town this is the place , but if you are looking to learn something look elsewhere . i have done many bike tours in europe this has been by far most disappointing,
