Additional Information

Experience the grandeur of the Austro-Hungarian Empire in a single day! Travel from Vienna to Bratislava and then to Budapest. Within one day, you will get a sense of the cultures of three distinct capital cities: Austria, Hungary, and Slovakia. Isn’t it fascinating how they were once a single entity? This is the essence of our journey!

Vienna, the heart of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, is where we start our adventure. Here, I’ll narrate about the origins of Vienna and the inception of the Empire.

Bratislava, a quaint medieval city teeming with a unique Slovak charm. This city served as the crowning location for the Hungarian Kingdom. We’ll take a break in the city center for some coffee and a customary Slovak sweet treat.

Budapest, a luxurious city adorned with remarkable edifices erected during the golden age of the Hungarian capital. Proudly referred to as the ‘Queen of the Danube,’ Budapest is divided into two parts, Buda and Pest. Our car-walking tour will encompass both regions of this city. In Budapest, I’ll guide you to a couple of local Hungarian eateries offering native dishes.

Amazing experience - I am so glad that I booked this private tour during my trip. Jenny was a wonderful tour guide, well versed, accommodating, and overall amazing. I was able to visit a lot of beautiful places in a short time which I wouldn’t have been able to do by myself. It was a memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic 3 Capitals Tour - Jane (our guide) and Vladimir (our driver) were fantastic. They were extremely informative, friendly and they provided a great experience as they showed us the three capitals. My family (myself, my wife, and two sons 14 and 13) thoroughly enjoyed the day, learned things that only locals can share and we highly recommend them and this tour.
