The reason why you are going to visit the Prater - Lovely. Old but well preserved. In The Prater, you do not have to buy tickets to enter only for what you are going to use. You can buy your ticket at the Ferris wheel itself. You can reserve for dinner or drinks inside or just go upstairs. In any case, it is very pretty and, for me, even more so at night.

Was amazing 🤩 - the reader does not recognize the codes from this application. We had to wait with all the people, without tickets, for an employee to give us paper tickets. No point in taking it online!

Landlinemichl - Top experience, crystal clear reception. After changing the area code to 01, I dialed in immediately and contacted my loved ones from the Murtal. Simply wow

Historical. Night wasn't that special. - We went at night. I think the day would have been better. It is interesting due to the history. The trip is about 15 minutes.

The duration of the tour has shrunk but not the price! - We gave in to the temptation to ride the mythical Ferris wheel of the prater. It’s a journey full of surprises! A first queue to get the ticket. It’s 14 euros per person, no, it’s not cheap. The second queue begins after passing through a sort of dark roundhouse with exposed cabins. This tail is for the photo, we take 4 of your reels with falsely surprised or delighted looks and we stick it on a background of a Ferris wheel cabin in which you still haven't boarded.... it's 12 euros one photo, 19 both and the photo editing is rather amateurish... we did without it. The 3rd queue arrives, the one that you do not suspect because it is invisible... it is the one to finally reach your cabin. So we don't get into all of them. Some are prepared for meals, they have small curtains. One in three cabins is like this. One in three cabins has a bench to sit on and one in three cabins, it's bad luck, has nothing.... for 14 euros you are standing in the cabin... and the 30 minutes that everyone is talking about have been halved... too bad! Well it's very pretty from the top but it's expensive per minute.

difficulty in admission - Although we booked the tickets for the Wheel via Trip Advisor, they could not pass from the tickets office. Fortunately, the man at the office let us pass checking the barcode we had. Make sure you know which tickets pass in each place. There was a list of companies that were providing tickets for the Wheel, yet trip advisor was not one of them.

It's not worth it - There are no species, at least in early March, when nothing is blooming yet. Due to the fact that the architecture of the city is quite monotonous, on one level, without any standout buildings (for example, similar in size to the dome of St. Peter's Cathedral), from a distance the city looks very smooth. The only thing that stands out is the spire of St. Stephen's Cathedral. It's not worth sitting down for the views. Just for fun, you can simply walk past the wheel and look at the booths, since the wheel itself is more than a hundred years old.

Vienna Ferris Wheel - It was not what I expected. The ride was nice but wasn’t did not meet my expectations as it was short and the views weren’t very good.

The bike stands more than it drives. - It only goes around once. You don't go through, you have to stop constantly because the gondolas are being filled, which takes a long time. So it's basically always on. Very disappointing for the price. The most boring Ferris wheel ride I've ever had. What a pity!

Awful customer service experience - Absolutely awful experience. Signs everywhere urging people to buy online and skip the queue. Paid for 2 tickets which were not received in my email. I then quequed and was told by a staff member that it can take 24 hours for the tix to be sent. What is the point of that? Staff were completely useless and unhelpful and would not give me replacement tix. Avoid.
