HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL

Ho Chi Minh City - Welcome to the Vietnam Cultural Tour. We will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. You can arrive in Vietnam on any flight on day 1. Hotel check-in is at 14:00; you can either book an early check-in or leave your luggage at the hotel and explore the city at your own pace.

This evening, we will have a welcome dinner. Our tour leader will introduce all group members, setting the stage for a wonderful travel experience together.

HO CHI MINH CITY / MEKONG DELTA / HO CHI MINH CITY

Mekong Delta - Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for the Mekong Delta, a vast network of thousands of canals spanning over 40,000 km².
Arrive in My Tho and visit a Caodaist temple. Board a cruise in the Mekong Delta. Arrive on an island and taste seasonal fruits harvested from the orchards. Visit a coconut candy factory. Take a Tuk Tuk ride to the local village. Enjoy a boat ride through a palm forest for a unique experience.
Lunch will feature the region’s specialty: Elephant’s Ear fish.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon. Visit Chinatown and the Thien Hau temple.
Dinner at a local restaurant.

HO CHI MINH CITY / FLIGHT TO DA NANG / HOI AN

Hoi An - Breakfast at the hotel.
Take a morning guided tour of Vietnam’s economic capital, formerly known as Saigon and renamed Ho Chi Minh City in 1976. Visit the old colonial districts, the Central Post Office, the exterior of the Reunification Palace, and Notre Dame Cathedral. Also see the Saigon Opera House and Ben Thanh market.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Transfer to Ho Chi Minh Airport for a short flight to Da Nang, in central Vietnam.
Arrive in Da Nang in the afternoon and transfer to Hoi An, a small town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Dinner at a local restaurant.
Enjoy a free evening to explore the lively old town of Hoi An, adorned with lanterns.

HOI AN

Hoi An - Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a walking tour of the ancient town of Hoi An, noting the well-preserved houses, including the famous Tan Ky house at No. 101 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street.
Visit the old districts of the city: the Fujian Assembly Hall, the Phuc Thanh Pagoda, and the old wooden Japanese bridge.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a guided tour of the Tra Que agricultural village, which supplies vegetables to the entire city and surrounding areas. Visit the rice fields in the countryside area of Hoi An.
Return to the hotel. Enjoy the beach or swimming pool.
Dinner is at your own arrangement in Hoi An.

HOI AN / HAI VAN PASS / HUE

Hue - Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Da Nang.
Visit the village of stone sculptors to appreciate the artisans’ skills.
Take an orientation tour of Da Nang city, including My Khe beach and Dragon Bridge.
Transfer to Hue via the famous Hai Van Pass, offering beautiful views of the Lang Co peninsula.
Lunch upon arrival in Hue.
Take a boat trip on the Perfume River to the Pagoda of the Heavenly Lady, recognizable by its octagonal tower.
Dinner at a local restaurant.

HUE / NIGHT TRAIN TO NINH BINH

Ninh Binh - Breakfast at the hotel.
Take a guided tour of the Imperial City, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the lagoon of Hue. A boat excursion allows you to immerse yourself in the untouched nature and enjoy the poetic beauty of this place in tranquility.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant.
It is recommended to shower and change clothes before heading to the station for the night train.
Transfer to the station for the night train to Ninh Binh. Overnight on the train in a Deluxe cabin with 04 air-conditioned berths. A private cabin is available for advance booking at an extra cost.

NINH BINH

Ninh Binh - Breakfast on board the train, enjoying the landscape of the Red River Delta in Northern Vietnam.
Arrive mid-morning in Ninh Binh. Welcome and transfer to your hotel.
Lunch featuring goat skewers, a local specialty.
In the afternoon, travel to the magnificent site of Hoa Lu, also known as “Ha Long on Land.” The karst landscape is reminiscent of the famous “Dragon Bay,” with numerous limestone hills covered in lush vegetation. Board small traditional sampans for a peaceful ride to Thung Nham, surrounded by rice fields, natural caves, and limestone peaks. At the end of the day, those who wish can enjoy a bike ride to explore the surrounding villages.

NINH BINH / HA LONG BAY

Halong Bay - Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart early by road for Ha Long.
Arrive in Ha Long around noon and embark on a boat cruise in the bay, a magical place with over 3000 islands and islets emerging from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. The site has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1994.
Lunch will be served on board in Ha Long Bay.
Stop at one of the natural caves. Return to land.
Dinner at a local restaurant.

HA LONG BAY / HANOI

Hanoi - Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a free morning to rest or stroll in the town of Ha Long.
After lunch, drive to Hanoi, stopping at Dong Trieu village, known for its ceramic artisan workshops.
Transfer to Hanoi, a living museum of colonial architecture on the banks of the Red River. As the capital of unified Vietnam, Hanoi has retained the old-fashioned charm of the French colonial era. The city’s modernization, initiated by the French from 1882 to 1955, has left Hanoi’s appearance largely unchanged.

Enjoy a free evening to explore the old town of Hanoi, including the Hoan Kiem district with its bustling streets.

HANOI
