Stellar!! Highly recommended! ,& Cheap Price:) - Not much I can say that I didn't like about this tour we started off the day with them picking us up right on time at our hotel very convenient. They actually came inside and had our names. Bus was top of the line comfortable, air conditioned not too cold tour guide was very informative. They gave us an opportunity to get souvenirs rest stops for restrooms drinks, snacks, and they were very forward on exactly what to expect at each portion of the excursion. The only takeaway would be clarity on where we're meeting after we are dispersed during the certain stages of the excursion. Boat ride was too extensive in time and the mountain climb was too little time. Between the two if they were to be balanced out this excursion would be completely, totally, and utterly amazing. Make sure you bring enough vnd dollars with you ATM rates are 4% and you must be where of the pushy salesman that take your pictures. Make sure to haggle their price. Mind you they are not a part of the tour they are just local sellers.

Recommend the company and the tour - Manh很有耐心的聽我們的需求並提供相對的行程, 他的服務很好也給了我們不錯的價格. Manh is very helpful and patiently listen to our needs and introduce the tours. He provide the best service and pretty good price. The tour guide paid extra attention to my mom's (over 60s) physical condition while we climb the Mua cave. It's tired to climb all those stairs but the view is amazing and worth the pain! After lunch, we took boat trip in Tam Coc which take about an hour and we go through 3 natural tunnels in the limestone, it is relaxing. We are very satisfied with this journey.

Beautiful scenery but a rushed day. - My partner and I booked the cycling day trip to Ninh Bihn, Tam Coc and Mua Caves. The morning part was very nice, we visited the ancient capital. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history. I learned alot and the scenery was beautiful. The boat ride at Tom Coc was very enjoyable and felt tranquil/relaxing. The fact that there were so many tourists because of the holiday didn't take away from it at all. The day did feel very rushed however. when we arrived at the Mua Caves at about 3.10pm we were told we had just 50 minutes to go up and down and then we would have to leave. It was very busy on the climb which slowed things down and meant we only had time to go to one of the two peaks. There was no time to look around the grounds or markets around the Mua Caves. We also didn't get to go cycling at all, there was absolutely no time. It was disappointing as these were the aspects of the day I had been looking forward to most. It was during the New Years holiday so I can understand that everything was much busier than usual. Plus some members of our tour needed to be back in Hanoi by a certain time which is obviously difficult at this time of year but it was disappointing to miss out completely on the cycling aspect.
