Worth it. - Driver was personable and a more than competent driver. We could have taken a free shuttle to our resort, but this was money well spent.

Great service - Kevin was the best! Super helpful in helping us learn along the drive and gave some good insight about the things we had planned during our stay.

Loved our private car transfer with our driver Kevin - We booked a luxury private car for arrival and departure transfers between the St Lucia airport and Sandals Halcyon Resort along with Fast Track service for arrival and departure. Upon our arrival the Fast Track representative was waiting with a sign with our name on it. She guided us through the airport to the Sandals lounge to another representative who then notified our driver to have him pull around to pick us up. We had arranged this private transfer because my wife sometimes gets motion sickness, so we didn’t want to chance the resorts free transfer shuttle. Our driver was Kevin and he was terrific! We explained how my wife sometimes gets motion sickness and he completely understood. He did a great job and took it easy on the drive. He instructed her to keep watching straight ahead and not to be looking off to the side or at her phone. He also kept checking to make sure she was doing okay all throughout the trip. He also provided us with a lot of great information about the island. He had a cooler with cold water and Piton beer for us, I loved the beer. Even with him taking it easy on the drive, we still made it in 1 hour and 15 minutes. My wife had no trouble at all with the drive. We loved having Kevin so much for our driver that we immediately called in to request him for our departure transfer. He arrived perfectly on time to pick us up for our departure transfer back to the airport. Kevin was just awesome, he always greeted us with a smile, and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. The drive back to the airport was perfect. He contacted their Fast Track representative at the airport 5 minutes before we arrived so they were waiting for us when we pulled up. That representative guided us through the airport to there private departure lounge which was quiet and comfortable. They provided us with drinks and snacks while we waited. When it was almost time to board, another representative guided us to our boarding gate. We will definitely use this service again on our trip back next year!

Do yourself a favor, book private transfer - We loved our private transfer experience! More than just a ride, we were pampered with a personal tour on the way to and from La Toc. The cold beers on the way back were welcome as well. Very personable drivers. Would recommend.

Caleb w/Island Taxi is the best!! - Caleb was our excellent driver and tour guide for the trip to and from the airport. We stopped at a scenic area for pictures and also at a roadside bread stand/market for some local fare. It was delicious! The roads are curvy and traffic is a little aggressive. Caleb was such a safe and considerate driver. He was very knowledgeable about his home and very pleasant for the long ride to the resort. The car was luxury and beer and water were waiting for us with some lite snacks. The return trip to the airport was just as pleasant. The private lounge in the airport was perfect for our two hour wait for the flight. We highly recommend this transfer!

Great experience and great service. - The services rendered by island taxi and tours were impeccable and totally professional. I purchased the fast check in and check out with no problems whatsoever; the guides are with you every step of the way during the process. Kevin was our driver for pickup and drop off; he was a consummate professional in all aspects of our ride. No motion sickness while navigating the mountainous countryside, great interpersonal skills and he displayed a genuine concern for the clients. We also booked a fabulous tour ( snorkeling/ hiking/ speedboat) with the company and our experience on the tour was also interesting, exciting and a bit challenging during the hiking phase of the tour ( bring water) . Nevertheless, I persevered and our tour guide Gerian did an excellent job with the tour phase. I would highly recommend this firm for your transfers and tours. Start Your St. Lucia Vacation Like A VIP - The fast track option for arrival and departure was well worth it! From the minute we stepped off the plane to the minute we arrived at the resort was a total VIP experience. When we landed in St. Lucia, we were greeted with a sign and a smile, and we escorted to the screening tent. We passed over 100 people waiting to get screened. Once we passed the temperature check, we were escorted immediately to the medical table where our paperwork was checked and we received our wristbands. We were then escorted to customs and immigration, grabbed our checked luggage, and headed to the Sandals Lounge. We just had enough time to use the restroom and grab a drink when our driver arrived. We had a very luxurious and comfortable BMW awaiting us. Prior to arrival, I had requested some rum punch instead of champagne and loved it for the ride. I don't get carsick, so I really enjoyed the ride. Our driver was great, and we enjoyed talking to him about the island. When we reached the resort, he took us directly to the entrance and we started our vacation. On the way back, we also had a luxurious ride back to the airport. Once again, we had a fast track person that got us speedily through all the aspects. The airport was crazy, seriously crazy, and the fast track departure service saved us so much time. Once we were through security, we were escorted to the departure lounge. It was nice to have somewhere to sit, have a drink, and something to eat before we boarded our plane. When we come back to St. Lucia in the future, I will not hesitate to book the round trip fast track and private transfer again.
