Highly Recommended! - We enjoyed our time spent with tour guide/owner Felipe. His expert knowledge of Pico island, UNESCO vineyards, and local wines was very much appreciated. Lunch was included at a wonderful, local restaurant. The Gruta das Torres -(Lava Tube) tour was fascinating as well. Truly spectacular day!

The best tour guide in Pico - Wonderful experience with Philippe! First we had the evening food and winery tour with Philippe. Great food and great company. Then the next day we did the volcano tour and then the lava flows. The next day we then did a tour of the island. We recommend this as he was such a great guide!

Fun, informative, authentic! - Amazing trip with guide Phillip! We actually had booked a different trip the day before with him. Both trips were unique and wonderful. Food amazing and Phillip made the tours fun and authentic. He offered so much local information. Highly recommend!!

Pico tour - Our guide Jose was very knowledgeable and considerate throughout the tour. We learnt a lot about the island and its life.

A must do in Pico! - I cannot recommend this enough! Felipe was a superb guide, who is an expert at avoiding the tourists to show you Pico at its best. The tour was informative, interesting and allowed us to see the best, most authentic parts of the island in the time we had. The food and wine were as good as the views and we loved the vineyard too! Thank you, Felipe! We hope the second Land Rover get’s sorted soon!

Flexible and very interesting tour - Philippe is very nice and interesting. We did a good tour, he explains many things and was very flexible regarding many request during the tour. The restaurant we went is a very good one 👍 I recommend.

pico in a nutshell - The tourguide was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We saw a lot of pico and ate local food!

Lots to see in the beautiful island of Pico! - This was an amazing tour of this gorgeous and very different Island. I definitely loved Pico, what a beautiful paradise. Filipe's tour is very informative, fun and full of little details that make it very unique and special like great views, picking up figs, waiting for the cows to pass and a secret walk from where you can see the island of Sao Jorge. In general, I was very pleased with this tour and loved all the places and information. The only down side for me, from my sensitive perspective, is that Filipe can be a bit grumpy at times but nothing that could damage my experience in any way.

Pico tour - Great time visiting and touring Pico. Delicious lunch and a great time. Nice way to become familiar with this beautiful natural part of the world.

Weather depended tour of 25% of the island in a car - I was disappointed with the whole experience as description is misleading: - it’s not a tour around Pico, it only covers max 25% of the island - it’s not a tour on Land Rover (there is only one in use now) and we were driven in VW - it is a weather dependent tour, once we met guide started to think about alternative rout as weather was so bad that Pico was not visible. I think in this case they can offer a choice - do the alternative tour or do half a tour and get 50% refund - as for the guide we had a tour with a son, at the beginning he was quite and said that he spoke for 2 months and his throat is sore. To be fair he tried to save the situation and stretch the tour to fulfill the time. - lunch was a pretty average buffet at O Petisca The only highlight of the trip is a booked guided tour to the lava tunnel - official cost 10 EUR. Conclusion: this tour not worth your money
